Response to Plushcare's response: This just shows the lack of seriousness with which you take privacy and security. No personally identifiable information was exposed? I was on a live video with another patient! You can personally identify someone by seeing their face, so obviously personally identifying information was exposed. If you don't take patient privacy seriously, you shouldn't be running a healthcare company. Original Message: I just logged onto my appointment and was connected with another patient instead of a doctor. Huge HIPAA violation there, and their engineers must just be horrendously incompetent to let something like this happen.

Just had a great experience with the doctor and Plushcare! It was easy to set up an appointment, easy to meet with the doctor. She took her time to address my concerns and prescribed medication quickly. A very smooth experience, my my bedroom, in my pajamas! :)

Covid I have a bad case of Covid and I met with a great doctor that was very personal and was helpful at this troubling time. My wife also had a bad case of Covid at the same time and she also used the services to get on the anti-viral paxlovid medication and get well quickly.

PlushCare is a joke. I scheduled an urgent appointment. As soon as the doctor connected, she asked me to verify my state. Once I confirmed my state, she asked: Where is it? Then she said that she does not see patients in my state and disconnected.

Superior customer service by physician and staff! I have never been more delighted. Physician is super knowledgeable and a great listener. You seldom find that quality in a physician nowadays. Staff always responds in a timely fashion. Ease of appointments and great immediate feedback concerning office visit. What more can I say.

My wife Had an appointment with Dr. Sarita Salzberg at 9 o’clock Eastern daylight savings time at 10 o’clock the doctor still never showed up so i place a phone call on hold for an hour and a half they said it be eight minutes and then they said it be eight minutes then they said it be eight minutes etc. service is terrible still not sure if they took te payment gave them credit card info

I had a bad gout flare up Dr Goel gave me 2 prescriptions and 48 hrs later the pain is gone.
