A user pays $60 for an annual membership, pays for the doctors visit, AND are charged me $15/month. No. No thank you. Not only did the last physician want me to come back on a monthly basis for my BP, asthma, and allergy medication, that has been well controlled for over a decade, she also wanted me to complete another set of labs. Nah, I'll just go to a brick and mortar. The whole purpose, at least from my perspective, was to have easy access to managed care. Imagine my shock when it turns out to just be another money grab. They are just scamming hard working individuals out of their money, like most of the rest of the provider systems in America. Do yourself a favor and avoid them.

I enrolled in PlushCare because it was going to be 7 days before I could get into see my Kaiser doctor. I was able to schedule a same day appointment on PlushCare. By the end of the day I'd spoken to a doctor and had a prescription filled for an ear infection. The cost for the visit was comparable to what I would have paid to go to Kaiser Urgent Care. PlushCare provided me a prescription discount card. An $85 antibiotic cost me $18 with the discount card. The doctor I spoke to during the video visit listened and provided me with great information to care for the ear infection. Overall great experience.

I wanted to consult quickly and I stead of having a long wait at a doctor's office , I got my appointment easily with Plush care . Doctors are very knowledgeable and take time to listen to the concerns and gave me a prescription . Prescription reached within 5 min to my pharmacy. Highly recommended! Having recently moved to the area, I needed a physician to continue with my regular medication. Eight phone calls later resulted in no one being available for a new patient earlier than a 6 month wait. I turned to PlushCare and had a consultation the next day! I must say it is better than going to the physical doctor's and the App is excellent and easy to track all of my information.

The physician (Ngyen) behaves like many poorly trained physicians who prioritize “cover your ass” over healing their patients. She would not prescribe more than one months supply of a simple med that she did not know of its actions, and said she was NOT a specialist. So she leaves me having to ask every month for more meds. Useless, care more about a lawsuite. I didnt sign up to be treated by a lawyer.

I received the best bed side manner from my care physician. I would recommend Plush to anyone who needs a doctor's visit at the last minute.
