Terrible service, they just want your money. They make big promises but nothing actually gets taken care of. I signed up even though I have a PCP just so that I can quickly see a doctor and get things taken care of but not only do they make it your responsibility to look up everything insurance related, they don't respond to you in a timely manner and I ended up having to pay a few hundred bucks just because they don't know what they are doing. Poor service and poor quality of doctor and staff. I do not recommend to ANYONE. Plus, they kept having issues with their app and website for days and I guess no one even knew about -- that tells you a lot about the company and what they care or not care about. At least fix your advertisements cause they are literally false advertising and making people think you are capable of doing things you can't. Disgusting.

Love Plushcare. Able to schedule same day appointments. Doctors are thorough. Loved my interaction with Dr. Kumar. And they even except my insurance! Great experience.

Great doctor and very easy to access! I got Covid-19 and the doctor helped me to recover within a week.

i am so grateful to plushcare. probably like many i found them at the onset of covid when routine doctor visits became a danger to self and others. i imagined a virtual doctor visit would be more impersonal and less caring. plush care was in fact actually more personal and more caring than most in-person doctor visits i've had in 55 year life. i have seen several plush care doctors now. the appointments are quick and to the point but i have never felt rushed or dismissed. i've always had my questions answered and concerns addressed. plush care remains my go-to for all appointments that can be handled remotely.

I contacted the doctor to get blood pressure medication. After she got my medical history, she prescribed the medication, and I got it with no problem. When I needed refills, she followed up and even ordered blood work for me. I got the blood work results from her the very next day.

BEST medical experience I have had in years. I downloaded the app, signed up, made an appointment (same day!), spoke to the doctor, received 2 referrals and refills on all of my prescriptions in under 3 hours. The doctor I chose is now my primary care physician. The process is seamless and the app is simple and intuitive. BIG FAN!

It was well worth the money as opposed to going to a hospital paying a lot more & it was fast. My Prescription was sent to the Pharmacy before I was even off the phone. I would recommend PlushCare to EVERYONE.
