I have been a PlushCare patient for a couple of years and as I am also a Sales & Marketing expert for over 60 years with some huge successes I will say this about PlushCare: 1) They don't waste your time in any duty they perform in taking care of you and they find solutions for every issue that comes their way...hence...excellent customer service, and 2) Keeping patients, clients and customers today is a major challenge due to opportunity and cost adjustments that the Internet have propagated Worldwide...PlushCare takes EXCELLENT CS and combines a price that can't be beat by Health Insurance policies for patients under 62, and beats the pants off of Medicare Supplements and Medicare Advantage Plans...this combination of service and product renders a solution to beating expensive and worthless patient appointments that render no solution and at a really reasonable price, and 3) Last of all and definitely NOT least in importance...the QUALITY of the physicians that PlushCare offers are top notch, extremely well credentialled and very knowledgeable doctors that are not only brilliant in what they do, but also have an excellent bedside manner in solving your issue, which is the reason why you visited PlushCare to begin with! The above is an objective assessment of PlushCare and how it measures up to the public oriented e-clinics, minor e-rooms, hospitals, and just plain doctor's offices...in an era where excellent service AND CS are hard to find in the same place...PLUSHCARE HAS IT!! Thank you PlushCare...your combo of great CS, price, and quality of service and product take the market in WellCare in the marketplace!

I set an appointment and it happened right on time. Very happy with the experience. I will use this every time I can from now on.

I needed a prescription filled during the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. Nothing was open in our area and I could not reach my primary care doctor. I found PlushCare online, had an appointment scheduled with 30 minutes. My doctor was knowledgeable, professional and sympathetic. She sent in my prescription and it was filled within the hour. PlushCare saved me a trip to the ER, I cannot say enough good things about them.

i was not aware this was an ongoing service. i only expected to use and pay for it for that ONE TIME. i have not used it since then. a customer service rep told me that the membership is communicated a “multitude of ways,” and then went on to list TWO…one of them via the website which i only used ONCE when i was having a medical issue. and the other being a communication subsequent to my SINGLE plushcare visit. i never received any notification from plushcare that i was being subsequently billed as a subscriber. this is very misleading to customers, especially those experiencing medical difficulties. very poor business practice!

You would be better going to an urgent care or in person doctor. This app or service is a waste of time and money.

I’d like to update my review if PlushCare. I had a change in doctors and there’s a noticeable difference! First, my new doctor clearly cares. I suspect more than I do! She’s helpful, offers considered advice. I’m not saying my original doctor was bad. It’s just different. I think this change has helped me have a better experience with the PlushCare “team”. Questions are answered without being referred to book a follow up appointment. And the Team contacts me on behalf of my doctor. It’s now as it should be: convenient, available and affordable. Original post 10/5/2022 The PlushCare “team” gets in the way of good care. The user is never able to message the doctor, without the “team” intervening, forcing the user to pay for an appointment. Question about dosage? $ Request to change prescription AS ALREADY DISCUSSED LAST APPOINTMENT? $ I’m 3 appointments in, paid lab work and no prescription. Worst of all, ever interaction is followed up with request to rate PlushCare. Best of all, the doctor.

Both drs I spoke with were awesome. Listened to me. Explained treatment plan. Very compassionate & caring.

Dr. Allan Marks of PlushCare patiently listens while assessing his patient's situation and course of treatment. He asks relevant, probing questions that further his engagement with the patient. As a result, Dr. Marks helped me overcome a nagging chronic sinusitis.
