I booked an appointment with a doctor, and the video call was experiencing problems. I tried to reload the page but the website wouldn't let me rejoin. My internet speed is over 400mbps and currently working very well. Don't rely on this software if you need immediate care. I can't speak for the quality of doctors.

The Doctor listened, was understanding and very helpful. I appreciated being able to speak with him from the comfort of home and he got the meds I needed. That was so convenient as I was too I'll to drive.

The doctor, Lila Rosenthal, verbally attacked me and called me a name bc. she didn't understand so her default, be being a doctor I assume is to attack. Not ask for clarification buts attack? Then hang up??? Did I receive a refund? What os wrong with people??>?] Then she gave me an incomprehensible diganoses based on her own ignorance?? Lady, next time take a step back, be a human, ask for help. DO NOT LIE ABOUT PEOPLE. YOUR COMPLETELY INCORRECT DIAGNOSIS SHOWS YOUR IGNORANCE NOT YOUR DIAGNOSITC ABILITIES. THEIR LACK ONLY. I DO NOT HAVE ABNORMAL WEIGHT GAIN. YOU COULD HAVE GOOGLED THAT ONE. LIKE THE REST OF US. PEOPLE NEED YO BE WARNED.

Super easy, convenient, and timely. Since I knew what I needed, it was great that the doctor listened to my needs. I was able to get my prescription easily and timely and it took care of the problem. Thank you!

My doctor, Dr. Laurie Montague is very amazing. She is compassionate, prompt, professional and great at listening to what i need. The whole experience is much very than I expected. I will continue to use Plushcare and highly recommended. 🥰

Very easy and Dr was so kind

I paid for the annual subscription for same day appointments. Doctors are ok but the technology and communication is horrible. Appointments canceled without notice, doctors no show due to tech issues. Can’t get another appointment for days. No response to emails on their prep program. App never works.
