They charged me $69 5 times and $15.99 twice. Said will bill my insurance. Aetna even got them on phone with me. My primary care copay is $15. Can’t get them to fix.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am very sorry to hear that you are having issues with billing! From the information provided the $69 is appointment fees and the $14.99 is our membership fee. We are happy to look into what happened and see how we can help improve the experience you had with us. It’s reassuring to connect with a doctor virtually and to feel confident you are getting excellent care. The prescriptions ordered were immediately available at my local drug store.

Dr. Agrawal was the physician I met with. She was pleasant. I actually have PCP but her next available appt was 12/16/22z I decided to go with Plush for this one medication. I have recent labs and very familiar with medication. She asked for the labs to be emailed. I told her I would upload in 30 minutes then inquired about how long before she would call the prescription. She told me the next day max. Six days later multiple uploads and sending via email. I was told she needed to see me for follow up and discuss the medication I’m baffle because all labs were normal. I don’t inquired why do I need a follow up for a medication I have yet to received Raquel the Nurse has no explanation and I explained I already had another follow up on 12/12. After 5 mins of her trying to convince me this was standard I canceled the visit and made sure I canceled the free month subscription. I never received the medication so I’m disputing the charge. I was able to get another physician and my PCP to send the prescription. Do not waste your time nor money.

I'm seeing all these negative reviews and wondering why I've had such great luck with this service. I couldn't get in to see my PCP for months so I tried out this service and have seen the same provider, Dr. Rosenthal, 3 times. Maybe it's because I'm a nurse, but each time I've had no issues with the visit or her recommendations. I've chatted with her in my pajamas in my bedroom and even in a parking lot so the convenience can't be beat. In addition, follow-up from the team on prescription changes and lab results has been seamless. I don't intend to pay the subscription fee, but if I need them again, I would sign up for an individual month.
