PloxHost es una muy buena empresa, a veces el soporte puede ser lento, sin embargo, el hardware, el sitio web, la interfaz, el panel, la calidad de respuestas es excelente. No proporcionan soporte por discord, pero si por tickets y correo electronico, lo cual está bien. Puede mejorar en varios aspectos, pero es una buena empresa, saben lo que hacen.

Unfortunately, my experience with this service was extremely negative. The support was practically non-existent, functioning only as a decorative element with no practical use. The server's performance was disappointing, with extreme slowness and instability right from the start. In addition, I requested a refund a few hours after purchasing the service, but the company has avoided complying with the request, contrary to the conditions previously disclosed. This attitude shows a lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

I've been with plox for around 5 years with services rangeing from discord bot hosting to Minecraft hosting. And altho it can sometimes take a day or two to get a response from support they are still always willing to help with a issue if they can even if it's a client error. I would recommend this company to anyway wanting a affordable server host!

DON'T USE FOR YOUR BUSINESS. I run a notable corporate community on Discord where we rely on an application that is crucial to our operations. Out of the blue, the hosting files were completely wiped with support responding a full week later claiming to be technical errors. It has been nearly a full month and nothing was done about it. We got ignored tickets and have yet to receive back our database which contains valuable information about our Discord community.

Do not use this host for your server. After hosting 2 different minecraft server and cancelling them, I'm getting emails telling me to pay off services. That is just bullshit

scam company, charged me 3 times for a 3gb/4$ server and then refused to refund me despite overpaying.. ended up charging 12$ for a server i used for less than a day cus i didnt want anymore of my money STOLEN, do not use
