Monthly downtime isn’t acceptable, and two separate incidents where files/backups disappeared are even more serious and concerning to us. Hi Bradly, We’re very sorry that your server was not delivered within the expected timeframe and that you had to wait more than 24 hours. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and we completely understand your frustration at having to go with another host. We do have a 24-hour delivery and refund policy, and in cases where a server isn’t delivered on time, we’re able to process a refund when contacted through our billing team (via ticket or at [email protected]). We had reached out to you on here requesting a bit more information so we can locate your order, review what went wrong, and ensure your refund request is handled as quickly as possible; however, you did not respond to our request. However, you have not responded to our request. We could also not locate any services or interactions with the name in this review, nor have we received any refund request on the date of this review. We have no trace that you used our services or interacted with our support team/ sales team, or site. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’d really like the opportunity to make this right if you had legitimately ordered from us.

Hi Josh, Zack here from PloxHost management I’m sorry for any confusion regarding refunds, and I’d like to personally address this. We do offer a 24-hour refund period for Minecraft Hosting, so if you accidentally purchase a service, you are eligible for a full refund as long as it’s requested within that timeframe. In some cases, duplicate payments are automatically credited to your account balance, which can then be applied toward future invoices. It’s possible this is what happened here, and I’d be glad to review it with you. I’ve already sent you a request for additional information so I can track your case and review any account history. Hi Sebastian, Thank you for being open about your experience we’re truly sorry your first few days with us didn’t go as smoothly as they should have. We’d like to make this right. For Custom Modpacks, you don’t need to handle the uploads alone. If you send us a support request, our team will install your modpack for you or even add it to our One-Click installer at no extra cost. That way, you and your friends can just jump in and play. Our Discord is a community space and not an official support channel, which is why replies can sometimes feel unclear. For direct help, our ticket system is always the best way and we’ll make sure you get detailed, helpful answers every time. As for 592 Bad Gateway, this usually happens when using a VPN or third-party program. If you’re still seeing it, please open a ticket and we’ll personally investigate your server right away to get it resolved. We have also added some measures in place to prevent this going forward. We know how important it is for things to “just work,” especially when you’re excited to start playing.
