Asked support how to download a bot so I could start using the NodeJS server. Didn't even take a second to read what I said and gave me an article I already read that helped in no way possible. Only if they took 30-45 seconds to read a 38-word support ticket to actually help.

I highly recommend this host, I have a Minecraft Server and an OpenVZ VPS with them and they have been great, performed well. Support are really nice and helpful. I find them very reliable because since I started using them (around 1-2 years ago), I've had very few host-caused outages. Prices are cheap, but perform really well, you get what you pay for. They are also really easy to use as the Minecraft panel is really simple to use, giving you easy access to plugins, modpacks, server jars and more. Highly recommend!
