Great hosting company, I love the service with them as everything is very cheap and they like to interact with the community. I have a VPS and Minecraft Server with them and both servers have almost no lag. All of my players love my servers due to it not having lag and up 24/7 with no downtime. Support is good but sometimes slow depending on the day but other than that everything is good.

This is by far one of the best Minecraft Hosting provider I have used so far! I have been with PloxHost since October 11, 2019, I have by far received some of the most amazing support and helpful. I never had an issue with any sever Performance Performance(Server): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, server performance is amazing for the small price you pay. I constant receive 20TPS when I am running like 6 worlds in multiverse, dynmap, and when I use my backup plugin. I also run a faction server and never had any lag on that server. Price: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The pricing at PloxHost is insane and was obviously one of the main reasons I came here in the first place. You can see other hosts charge $10/GB and provide half of the support and quality that PloxHost does. Support: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As stated above, support is amazing and always answers my questions. From simple questions which I shouldn't of needed to ask to intriguing and troubling server issues. The team has done it all. The support team is dedicated to helping and that makes this host 10/10. Not only that but support will install a one click to any modpack that is not listed on the panel if you open a ticket for free. Web interface: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The custom multicraft Panel PloxHost uses is super fast and easy to use. If there were any issues with there they are dealt with under 15mins or less. PloxHost has done an amazing job at personalizing multicraft and integrating a super fast web FTP server. I also forgot to mention they have over 42+ one click mod pack installs. Website Design:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The website design is quite nice and easy to navigate. Simple buttons to point where you need to go. Clean design, no useless information, added bonus of server specifications and statuses. Its nice to know what your servers are running on. Not to mention PloxHost makes it super easy to customize your server and choose preinstall modpacks Summary: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As per my introduction, PloxHost is amazing host to go with and will not break the bank, even if you try it for a couple months. All you'll lose is a couple cup of coffee. Thats it! Really weird to think of it that way. $4/month TOO MUCH !!, no its not. Buy a coffee or two. Oh look, there it is. The website design is nice and they make it easy to customize any your server right at the check out. can easily get experienced and inexperienced people through. The support is team insane and the physical servers are well-maintained and provided for with the hardware they hold. Would recommend 10/10

It started a few years ago when i wanted a cheap mc hosting wich is reliable fast and great customer support, i found ploxhost the best company and it's awesome to see it grow. I have had my mc server for quite some time and the uptime is outstanding, not to mention the awesome community. You get what you pay for there is no cons with this host. can deffently recommend you this hosting 10/10 i have not had any problems with it.

I mean, it goes without saying, that when it's that cheap you should expect an average room for improvement. Nonetheless, they do a great job. If you're looking for a small server to play with your friends, PloxHost is probably your best bet. They provide cheap hosting alongside a lot of other things that you could need. Support could be better, but again; can't really blame them. All in all, this is a great host. A summary of my review: - Prices: 5/5 - Support: 3.7/5 - Control panel: 4.5/5 - Uptime: 4.9/5 - Overall: 4.5/5 For those of you who doesn't like PloxHost: Sure, I agree, but everyones experience is different. Generally I had trouble in the start when I was trying with a 1.8 server. Again, can't really blame them.

Its honestly not bad but not great either. Its cheap and you can get a server up and going pretty quickly but there are quite a bit of issues you can encounter and when you do, don't expect the support team to really help you. Its slow and tedious. They're friendly but not very helpful.

The support service is incredible I received a reply with details as to how to help myself within a minute of submitting a ticket. This hosting service is an excellent value for money

Amazing services for an astounding price. This is by far the best hosting service I have used. There was an incident where I misspelled my email on the account and they got back to me within a few hours on a Saturday. The customer service is great and the servers run without lag. Also, I connected through FTP with ease. Great job PloxHost, thank you!

It's extremely cheap hosting, and you get what you pay for. I'm guessing if I was a teenager with more time and stuck through their issues, I'd be happy with it (considering the price is 1/4 of competitors). My time is worth far more than that, so I gave up and used a different host. Here was my experience: Took 23 hours after payment for the server to be setup, e.g. a 3% downtime for the first month. When I used it there was no 1.13 support several months after it was released, meaning I could not actually use this with my well-developed world. They had 1.12 only - although they added it about a month after I tried. If I was starting a new world, wouldn't be much of an issue. The FTP server was completely not working, so no uploads/backups. Support tickets were not responding for at least an entire day. The company did contact me nearly a month after not receiving service, in response to this review - maybe to help, but more likely to ask me to improve my rating. Worst of all, they hassled TrustPilot to remove this review, claiming I did not actually receive their service, even AFTER I provided proof via invoice - claiming I was reviewing "plox-hosting" which is not even a real website! But to be fair, for the dirt-cheap $3/month that they charged me, the experience is actually better than I expected. I expect issues/hassle/friction at this price point, and they actually do have a working service at the end of the day. I don't trust the 5-star reviews, but I also don't trust the 1-star reviews. You get what you pay for - this service is probably adequate for a vast majority of players.
