Amazing price, and great support

Their servers are great, good performance and everything. But when it comes to support, if you just want to upgrade your server(forexample to dedicated IP) it is a PAIN in the ass, they tell you to do something only for you having to wait 1 day for a response. Like I had an issue, they didnt know what it was, I PMed support as they told me to, waited 3 days. Then I finnally spoke out and told them I wanted to switch host because of the support. INSTANTLY I got an answere to my question, and how to fix it. So if you need support if you got an issue, dont expect them to answere within a day(this has happend multiple times so I gave up the host). They also say "Unlimited storage", thats fake. They dont have that, you have to tell them if the server gets full and they fix it but still

I thought it was sketchy since it was cheaper, than PebbleHost, but I had tried it out over the reviews. The support is that quick, since they don't have a whole lot of staffs, but the shortest response time was at least 30 minutes while the longest would be an hour. Overall though, I had a few problems with starting up the server, due to the server IP being already used, but that was an easy fix. I bought a 5GB server for around 22 mods with 6 players and it had run pretty smoothly. The only problem was lag ticks when cutting wood, but that was all. I never really had any server problems other than that. It's been 2 weeks now and it runs well, so I recommend, if you got the patience!

Haven't had too many issues. Support can be slow if you're in Europe, but the problem always gets solved eventually. I have read other reviews though about the TOS which seems kina dodgy, I am kind of frightened about the "At any time, if any client is caught abusing or trying to exploit our systems, which includes intentionally crashing or trying to cause damage to our business, we reserve the right to charge a minimum of $100 fee for damages caused." part of the TOS, but I won't be crashing my server so hopefully I don't get accussed of something that was not my deed. Other than SOME sketchy Terms of service, the host is great and you won't have too many problems with it. For the pricing and if you use code "MegaMC" for a Minecraft server I'd say it's a steal. Great for Bungeecord Networks as it's fast and reliable and extremely cheap. I almost went with Pebblehost, but I've been on a friend's server that's hosted on Pebblehost and it has Extreme lag spikes every 10 minutes and it's 4 gigs with 5 plugins and like 4 players, it's basically like playing on a Minehut server. In summary: Ploxhost is; Cheap, Reliable, Fast and Flawless (For the most part)

Their support is horrible and their servers dont work at all. They flat out lied to my face about something and they didn't help at all.

Worst hosting ever... Cpu and ram on panel is like 1% but in game with 20players online you will have 5tps. To clarify something else, the same plugins and map on the new hosting work perfectly on a 6GB server. There is also imaginary bug called "Failed to verify username" which I solved by switching to new hosting.

Used PloxHost since early 2019. Very cheap for the great service they offer! Support is very helpful. Highly recommend PloxHost if you're looking for an affordable Minecraft server!

Good connections, More staff needs to be recruited and staff is my own issue aside from that its good, Surprisingly Cheap BUT good hardware, Love it, Bought 3 servers, 2 1 gbs and 1 5 gbs, Only pay around $8.30/m.
