AeroClear Pro air purifier very basic unbranded item. I had bought one similar for 1/2 the price. From Bunnings. Quite disappointing.....

Osmo ist eine reine Betrugsfirma, wie schon stiftung Warentest festgestellt hat. Geld wird abgebucht ,Ware wird nicht geliefert. Nachfragen werden mit fadenscheinigen Begründungen abgetan. Na gut , ich bin nun mal auf eine Betrugsmasche reingefallen und das wird aller Vorsicht nach nicht das letztemal sein denke ich. Mir bleibt noch jeden vor dieser Firma oder was immer es auch ist zu warnen .

Absolutely pathetic service there…
Absolutely pathetic service there customer service answer everytime you complain but they don't fix the problem just the same answers from a different person everytime

Not an actual producer of products just a Chinese distribution company
The site tries to tell pretend that it is an American website. The company may very well have an office in the US but everything they sell is shipped directly from China and will take several weeks to receive. They are not up front with this information and it is a little deceptive as it is not disclosed before you purchase in any way. Not a fan.

Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off! Sent a cheap rubbish air filter, tried to return but ended up getting a partial refund and chucked the plastic crap in the bin. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid, not australian based as inferred, reported to Consumer Australia also.

Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Do not purchase from them. Leaking valve, dangerous spring back when placed on the ground. Customer services useless - have requested to return, but have to send (at my expense) to The Netherlands (I am UK based). Customer services are now not responding to my emails. One of the worst companies I have dealt with.

Don't order from this company
Don't order from this company. They shipped me a used non working Repelmax. I notified them immediately. Sent pictures. They want me to pay to send a used non working product they sent me. Latest was to offer me 25% to keep this used non working product. Unbelievable. Complete scam company. I will have to file a claim with my credit card.
