OSMO - beware. I failed to check reviews before ordering binoculars from this company - they don't work, just cheap junk. I'm returning them tomorrow to the address it was sent from. I'm in the USA, and after numerous emails and haggling from the company reps, I finally got them to send me an address - in England! What a joke they are. They were sent from New Jersey, where I'm returning them. I'll probably be talking to my bank re the refund.

The Osmo Optic Edge binocular is a fake product with impossible specifications. It claims 99% light transmission, but even $3,000 binos do not get this. A 15x50 binocular would be very dark, not bright, and would have a very narrow field of view. It certainly would not sell for $100.

I should’ve known better. Arrived in a divided two sided box with detector on one side and power cord and paper pamphlet on the other with a dash anti-slide pad. Plugged in the detector with the power cord and placed on my dashboard and turned it on. Muffled voice said some jibberish that I was not able to understand. Contacted support for return. Support wanted video of what the detector was doing. Sent video. Was offered 25% refund, which I declined. Offered 50% refund, which I replied I wanted 100% refund. Sent refund return address. Sent item to UK address and sent support email with tracking number. DO NOT waste your time or money with this item.

Ordered their shipping label printer on May 30th which was listed on their website as "In stock and ready to ship". It's currently 6 weeks later and all I have are a bunch of AI generated customer service email replies saying- "Thank you for your message. I completely understand that you'd like a more specific shipping date, and I apologize that I can't provide one just yet. To help move things along, I've flagged your order with our fulfillment team and requested an update so we can get your order shipped as soon as possible. As soon as we receive an update or your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We appreciate it and will do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Best regards, Jethro Customer Care Specialist" Again listed as in stock and ready to ship. Other reviews indicate their products are crap. Order cancelled/refund requested, hopefully that won't take as long.

This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. The window washer didn’t function at all after troubleshooting with their staff for 10 days. Then told to get refund I had to ship the cleaner to England at my expense within a 2 week window from date of purchase, which had already expired as it was 3 weeks before they shipped. They also sold me a 3 on bottle of glass cleaner for $27. A gallon costs $12 at Amazon. Stay away from this company!!!

Worst thing on the market. The instructions are awful impossible to follow. The things that happen in the video doesn't happen on the gimbal. The functions work sometimes the follow application is terrible. Buy a better one. Absolutely a POS.

I don’t trust that this company will ever send my 2 paddles to me. I will not and do not recommend them. I have asked for a full refund & if not received will contact the appropriate agency’s to investigate them. Teddy S

This is my first robot vacuum and I must say it's as dumb as a box of rocks. It gets stuck on everything. Rug runners, doorway, even in an open corner with nothing in it's way. Don't buy this. It is absolutely horrible. It's like you have to babysit this thing. AI mapping my butt.. I gave it a 1 star because you can't go lower.
