Incroyable !!!

Total scam of a company. Sent a wrong and inferior item and admitted that. Then claimed it was exactly what I ordered and offered a small discount. Then tried to get me to pay for the cartage of their Chinese goods back to the UK. I had to fight for a full refund and still waiting. Never buy ANYTHING from these scammers. All you will get are lies and definitely not what you ordered. The company should be investigated and closed down for fraud.

I bought a Osmo GroundFind Pro. It's absolutely worthless and nothing but a scam. It couldn't find a battleship buried one inch deep in the sand. Avoid this company.

OSMO Optic edge binoculars. cheap plastic, chaep optics and glass. poorly made. dont bother with anything OSMO on the label, i got scammed so please make sure you dont.

Osmo advertises " 110 degree detection range" to try to get you to believe this is a motion sensor activated design. It is not. It simply screeches and flashes all the time, which animals will quickly adapt to. Knobs fell off while I was putting them in the yard. I have been dealing with customer service for a return refund, they keep asking for a video of it then asked if they are pointed towards moving branches or brush, it makes no difference, these are not motion activated. These are useless noisemakers. The only thing it will repel is me and my neighbors. Bird were picking my garden in front of mine. So far I am only getting a runaround instead of a return shipping address. Looks like a scam company so far. If they refund I will post it.

Terrible company. Shipped the wrong item, kept offering discounts, finally received a return label but I had to pay shipping. Don’t use this company.

Ordered 2 bone conduction headphones on July 6, 2026. Nothing has arrived as of this date 08-08-26. After numerous emails, all I get is a AI response from a first name only. Im told the shipment is in transit. Got notice the shipment arrived in Chicago and a USPS shipping label created in Texas. Email response…. It’s in transit. Don’t buy anything from these rip-off bastards.

Osmo head shaver is not worth the money. They give you just a 30 day guarantee. On day 40, one of the covers on one of the blades just fell off. Shaver still worked but clearly poor workmanship/design. At the 50 day mark, the battery would not recharge- stays at 0% after hours-ie, after 50 days, it’s a brick- it’s useless. Don’t waste your money..
