AeroClear Pro air purifier very basic unbranded item. I had bought one similar for 1/2 the price. From Bunnings. Quite disappointing.....

The site tries to tell pretend that it is an American website. The company may very well have an office in the US but everything they sell is shipped directly from China and will take several weeks to receive. They are not up front with this information and it is a little deceptive as it is not disclosed before you purchase in any way. Not a fan.

Osmo "Hydro-Titan" hose. Misleading photos and key details left out. The pictures would indicate this is an actual poly-rubber "kink free" hose. It is simply an EXPANDIBLE, collapsible, cloth hose. Also, the 100 is not the length, but is "100" percent "reliable". They don't provide the length detail nor the fact that it is an expandable cloth type hose that costs $100 for 50 feet. Scam advertising. I ordered this on my phone 1) Expecting 100 feet of hose was sent 50. It would have convinced me not to buy, if only 50 feet and that in no way would pay close to $100. 2) The pictures shown of the hose would indicate that it is an actual rubber coated coiled hose. It is only collapsible cloth with over stated "layers" made to sound technical. It was portrayed as an actual hard covered hose that seemed better than a much cheaper priced typical rubber poly compound that kinks after usage. All photos portray a coiled stand alone traditional rubber hose product. This is not what they are selling. What Osmo people are selling is false advertising.

Updated the OSMO apps today after a while of not using it. I have to say the usability of the app is pretty poor. Such as the scroll dates for setting birth dates - very frustrating to use. Or the questions that they ask you that only has a single option - Do you have some adapter (no we don't) - only option available is yes and impossible to progress without clicking yes. Very poor. Prior to this we loved using the system

I like the games for my 6 year old but the constant emails trying to sell more products is getting really old . No matter how many times I unsubscribe they keep coming everyday multiple times . I will never buy anything else from this company if they can’t respect your wishes

The concept is good, however, in their attempt to generate revenue off of parents they have made the product unnecessarily complicated to use with multiple apps clunky user interfaces, and the need to subscribe sign up over and over again. I attempted to set everything up used it once and never wanted to deal with it again. Could be a good product but need to design it as a system.

Not the best games if you have a Fire tablet. First, you need an additional item for the camera to function correctly which is sold separately. Second, games are buggy. I am assuming they are optimized for an iPad not a Fire tablet.

The games seem so helpful and fun but I still have a verrrrry hard time getting into any of them! I regret buying it bc it’s so cumbersome to get set up. I still can’t seem to figure out how to easily jump on, I have given up and made my husband in charge of this game and even he dislikes it. I feel like I have logged in many many times and honestly this should Just b set up on an app …these web based games r just trouble, I have enough passwords to remember. The kids should b able to open this on their own once set up. So dissapointed.
