Osmo RepelMax is a fraud. I bought two of these "ultrasonic pest repellents" and plugged them in according to the manual. I turned both on in the second highest level. At the same time I baited three ordinary mouse traps within 10 meters from the RepelMaxes. All indoors in a room that normally had a lot of mice. Within 12 hours there were two mice trapped in the mouse traps next to the switched on RepelMaxes. The third trap had closed without any mouse in it, indicating that there had been a mouse there but it got away. None of the mice had obviously been bothered by the sound from the RepelMax. This shows at least me that the RepelMaxe is a fraud that doesn´t work. DO NOT BUY THIS HUMBUG, is my conclusion.

Was good in the beginning but having had it a year, total waste of time.suction has gone and when it dose pick up as soon as its switched off all that has been picked up falls to the floor. It blocks up very easily where th pipe bend . It is a useless article

poor sound...the promise was good sound..and i'm not expecting a $1000 'immersive' experience..its just 'tinny' and 'plasticky' type of sound.

We followed the instructions to a T. It wasn’t two weeks plugged in, when we caught a mouse. The product is cheaply made, makes a noise easily heard. Contacted the company within the required time frame to return several times as they never replied. About a month later, I tried again and we told its outside the return window. I told them to look at the dates I communicated to them initially and they offered a replacement at no cost. I certainly did NOT want the same worthless item. I chose the owl. I’ll keep you posted once we receive that and watch its effects.

I'd give them and their sales company "Seth Medical" zero stars if I could. My saga started on Jun 21st and ended Sep 16th Worst time I've ever had getting a product or a refund. In this case, it was for Osmo noise-cancelling headphones that list themselves as being 4.2 stars on Trustpilot (you can see that's not true if you're here) For the record, the delivery to me was also repeatedly delayed, with shipment expected within a week of my Jun 21st order. I had numerous delivery notices in my email, but they first indicated the headphones would arrive on July 6th, which then became 12, 13, 15, and finely 26 July! And then the return saga started because the headphones were cheap pieces of garbage, not even as good as a $29 pair I bought from Amazon to be "disposable" when I do construction work. These were the same price as my Shokz, and infinitely worse in performance. They didn't even say "Osmo" or have the model number info on the side. 1. Refused to take "I want to return this inferior product that sounds bad and doesn't block wind as advertised" at face value. Delayed my return effort by days due to that interaction. 2. Pretended not to get the return when I finally did send it, and made me pay the $17 return fee for a product that didn't even come close to being as good as advertised. Made me waste my time with more emails to prove the return delivery. Luckily, I paid for the return receipt. 3. Indicated my return would be handled in under a week. 40 days later, I had to contact Seth Medical again to finally get a refund. I will say that the customer service people seemed nice, they just didn't make things happen in a timely manner for this bad product. IMO, nobody in their right mind would do business with Seth Medical for electronics a second time, and anybody reading this should make sure not to do it the first time.

I ordered a bug zapper June 27 delivered July 11. Didn’t really work that well . Today got an email notice that my June 27 order was out for delivery . I contacted them and they said it had already been shipped so there was nothing they could do and ask if I had signed up for a recurring subscription , for a bug zapper?? After several emails and sending a screen shot of today’s email notification they said nothing was on the way and I wasn’t charged. I will never do business with this company again ! I’m going to have to say SCAM !

I ordered a keyboard, the Osmo Keystrike. They took over a month to send it, when I finally got it, it wasn't even the correct item. I got some Milang (???) Steel Behemoth. Mouse pad was very small too, "appears" to cover your computer desk, but is only enough for your mouse.

J’ai effectué un achat d’un casque défiant toute concurrence son en HI-RES , réducteur de bruit ultra performant le nom du casque est Osmo Hushwave (90euros) je l’ai bien reçu c’est bien le même nom mais ce n’est pas le casque vu lors de la commande lors du déballage ce casque et vraiment du bas de gamme pas plus de dix euros j’ai renvoyé un mail avec photo on m’a dit qu’il prévenait le service adéquat et qu’il n’était pas nécessaire de les recontacter et que ce serais eux aujourd’hui un mail me demandant de mettre une note sur mon casque et ben j’ai recommencé le même processus que lors de la réception (message de mécontentement et photo du casque )et là rebelote réponse je fais remonter au service adéquat encore je ne m’attends pas à grand chose de leur part pour moi grosse arnaque et je peux dire adieu à mes sous Vive le net.😡
