Very disappointed with Pixsy's overall experience. Whilst I've had several successes, the majority of accepted cases remain dormant for months, then casually dropped without any explanation. Currently still have 1 case open (for over 18 months), with no update or action in the past 8 months. Generally feel they are only interested in the easy cases.

Pixsy helps minimise the time we need to spend in ensuring our images aren't subject to copyright infirngement.

Pixsy has always been professional, helpful, quick to provide assistance and beneficial in helping me to receive compensation for infringement of my work. Easy to use and effective, can't ask for more!

Pixsy is an amazing service. They do all the hard work of tracking down copyright infringement cases and then pursue payment on my behalf. It's an amazing service, and every photographer should have it.

Horrible company with employees who are ignorant. After explaining that we had the rights to use the photos more than a dozen times with proof that we are authorized they totally ignored all correspondence and hounded over and over again. Basically extortion. What they do should be illegal.

Pursued a case at Pixsy's suggestion and received c£460 as a result. They did all the work. Excellent
