Good service, but settlements - in my case, at least - are not achieved as often as expected. I have many cases, some that were submitted some years ago and seem to have gone dead. I need enough settlements to justify the monthly fee.

Well designed and intuitively presented…
Well designed and intuitively presented service. They also offer a useful initial video call to get you started and provide tailored examples. Pixsy operates in several jurisdictions (though not all), so they evaluate whether to start a case or offer you help with sending a takedown notice. I'll be interested to see how a detected commercial photo theft case progresses over the coming months, and am grateful for their expert help to date! :-)

Artists, Creators, Photographers… It’s the service you don’t know you needed all along!
I really didn’t unrstand what it was at first. I assumed it was like a reverse image search website. I was uploading some random images, didn’t care much. But recently I was checking the uploaded matches, whatever it meant at that time, (but now it makes perfect sense) I have noticed that one of my images which is copyrighted appeared on the results. And was asking me what action I want to take, like submit a case, send take down, or just ignore, so you decide how do you take action against this found result on this particular website, for using your copyrighted or trademark image. So I only then realized what this website was. I probably didn’t read it at all or I don’t remember when or why I registered even. But I’m an artist and I didn’t really have any similar platforms I was aware of. So it does now make sense when the website says “Umage theft protection” because it monitors your media which you upload a copy on this website. The it scans the web constantly, as Simon as Zohar image has a match, it bring it to your attention.
First I thought my art was being taken and then was being used, but then I realized it was a polish stationary website and the images were a direct link to my stock artist profile, probably a local stock ad by the platform I sell my media, so it was at the end their tiny banner in a small tiny little website. With that, my point is, it found my images, the exact matches on the web, even on this websites “ad banner” . Somewhere that much niche and kind of hidden, when you think of the vastness of the whole internet… Google image search sometimes any even find the exact words I’m putting on it, and that really impressed me. How Pixsy was thoroughly sniffing every corner and bring the re-use cases to you without you having the slightest idea about your work online.
I came to realize its purpose and great convenience much later, but I’m glad that I did. Because I just want to know and be informed about the integrity of my work, and that it is not abused or used without my knowledge or consent.
I am simply the basic free tier user, and the website already for such free tier lets you upload and keep a track of “500” images. Like five hundred!
Thats generous and I don’t know, it seems there’s no catch. I really been using now actively for more than a few months, haven’t still had any unathorized use case, but so far my experience and the impression with the website is just beyond positive. And I don’t seem to be able to catch any cons, there’s like no downside to it, that is why I thought I really would like to recommend such a positive experience with the other people.
I hope you have the same positive experience and find it useful.
If you’re content creator or artist, photographer etc, whatever like that, I strongly recommend you trying it! It just makes it convenient and chill for you, no catch at all. Which is weird, I know. But yeah, the ToS sounds quite decent, and nothing sounds cheeky and sus, then I can’t help but recommend to every artist and creator I know of.

Great service!
I wasn't very sure what to think about Pixsy at first but when they managed to come to a resolution successfully, I was more than surprised! I started using their services on a weekly basis and I am so happy to have their team behind my back.

Case never reached a conclusion
I genuinely wanted to leave Pixsy a positive review because I appreciate the premise of what they do, but my experience with submitting a case has been frustratingly long and unresolved.
To preface, I’m a paying subscriber, spending £39 a month with Pixsy to monitor my photos as a photographer. I submitted a case after their platform detected a website using one of my photos to promote their services. Pixsy accepted the case and contacted the website with details of the licensing fee they needed to pay. This was on 19th September 2024. It is now 22nd January 2025, and no progress has been made.
Whenever I follow up on the case, Pixsy simply responds that there are no updates and that they are still working on it. Adding to the frustration, Pixsy occasionally sends vague emails like, "Hi, I'm following up on my email," but then provides no actual follow-up. This has happened twice, leaving me questioning their communication and process.
This lack of resolution is leading me towards reducing the number of photos I monitor with Pixsy and downgrade my monthly plan. Unfortunately, this service does not feel like value for money. If cases cannot reach a conclusion, I have to wonder what exactly am I paying Pixsy to do?

We're sorry for the long wait and for the vague follow-ups. They weren't good enough. If your case is still open, reply to any Pixsy email and we'll give you a clear update on where it stands and what happens next.

Pixsy continues to rock for me
Pixsy continues to rock for me, and even though some claims take time, they come through more times than not and do their best to get me income for illegal uses of my work.
