I truly appreciate the services rendered from Pioneer Law Firm, especially with the condition my credit was in upon entering the program. The communication is top notch! It needs to be that way due to the stress and strain from the creditors who will use any kind of tactic to get you to pay full price. Thank you guys for working with me! My credit score is climbing and I appreciate that!

Mariah was very kind and helpful. She has been the most helpful of all the reps we have spoken to in the last few weeks. Knowledgeable and efficient! Thank you! Although we called 3 times and were on hold for at least 25 minutes each time, it was refreshing to talk to someone who had our best interests at heart when we did finally get through. You people are tough to get a hold of.

My experience with Pioneer was very positive. They were always professional & if I ever had any questions they would take the time to explain the answer to me.

The people I have dealt with during my time in the program have been awesome. The wait time is long sometimes but once it’s your turn they get you taken care of quickly.

I started this 3 year program with 11,000 in debt. I then called 10 months into the program to see if I could add one more debt of 14,000, thus increasing my total to 25,000 in debt. I have called and talked with customer services on multiple occasions in order to stay current with accounts being paid off. I was sued three times and when I called this last time I was informed that I still had three bills awaiting negotiation. One of the bill was the 14,000 I increased my payment almost two years ago. This is the kick in the teeth. They don't know if they will be able to negotiate the last two bills as I might not have enough funds in my account. However, I will have paid over the 11,000 to this agency which was the original debt amount. It was just an estimate based on market at the time I signed the contract and they cannot be sure if they can actually settle for the amount of the contract.- Direct Quote from customer service. I had 12 accounts that I consolidated in total. Three of the accounts were settled for more than I owed and the other accounts were settled for what I owed. I have save no money in this program, in fact they want me to continue to allow them to negotiate the last three accounts with a new contract. There is no reason for me to trust that even if I entered into a new contract that they would pay off the last three accounts. This is based on past and present performance.

This company is the worse to try and talk to someone in person.I have tried calling several times and we play phone tag after I have been on the phone waiting for long time spans.. Last time I waited an hour and when I got the representative she told me she couldn't hear me and told me I had to call back and hung up on me.Funny as I have using the phone all day without a problem. Call back and I'm put on a computer message machine. They have stopped taking money out of my account but apparently it isn't a problem for them as there has been no communication for three months.

I too have had Pioneer law firm and they have not reported any of my paid off accounts to the credit bureau. They have taken payments from my checking for 4 years and 2 months and never reported that I am finished and my accounts are paid. I guess I'll have to get a lawyer to make this good. Over 600.00 a month for 4 years they have taken. Ugggh!!!
