Pink Lily is amazing to work with, I had trouble finding out where my package was located and they responded in less than 24 hours and I had my packaged rushed to me.

I ordered a shirt, I didn’t realize it was a crop shirt. So I tried to return it, they’ll take it back but just give a online credit. Obviously I didn’t read the return policy. I’ve decided to donate the shirt and not order there again. They were quick to answer back. But that policy doesn’t work for me.

I love Pink Lily! Their clothes, their sales, their quick shipping (even during a pandemic), and their quick responses! I hadn’t received a tracking # for my latest purchase and it had been a few days, longer than usual, so I emailed them just to be sure the order was placed. Quick to respond, and the package shipped hours later!

I ordered a sweatshirt and it had some imperfections on it. I contacted customer service and they refunded the entire purchase since my size was out of stock. It was the easiest and best experience with customer service!

I love the items I purchased. The items beautiful and stylish. They did forget to include a free promo item in the original shipment, but I reached out to them and they shipped the promo item out FedEx.
