Extremely poor quality, cheaply made clothing. Bought a defective item and they would not replace it. Response: it was a summer item purchased in winter, so yes, outside your return window. But it literally came out of the package and I saw the seam was torn / not sewn properly, it arrived deficive and was never worn!

Takes forever to come. I'm a size six waist, large pants didn't fit. The quality is cheap. This is not quality boutique clothing. The pants are super long. The sweaters are made super cheap. I recently ordered from Cider and their clothes were far superior and truer to size. Everything I ordered would require tailoring. I don't tailor cheap quality clothing. I get they want me to email them, as so I'll take this review down. These stores have pitfalls where consumers can not put up real reviews to expose their cheaply made clothing.

The quality of the clothes were very poor.

I ordered a dress for my daughter and the sizing was off. I was told to contact them for help with an exchange but when I did nobody contacted me back. I have contacted them 3 separate times now and still nobody has contacted me back. Edit since I can't reply: I have already emailed 3 separate times about this and nobody has responded to me, hence this review.

I am beyond frustrated. I used to shop with this company a lot and was always able to easily get through to customer service. I placed my first order and quite a while and the quality wasn’t great so I had to do some returns. I had to pay $7.95 extra just to get a refund back on my credit card. Then when I got the email saying my return was in process, it stated that I would be getting a store credit. I’ve sent two different emails to try to get this resolved and never hear anything back. It literally feels like a scam now. UPDATE 7/17/25: cannot reply back to your email bc I do not have an email from you like I stated. I’ve checked all my trash, spam etc. I emailed twice. Is there a direct email address or phone number where I can get in touch with you? Both times when I sent the email I have to fill out a form on your website so I don’t have the email in my sent folder. Y’all used to have a phone number and I could email you directly. It’s so sketchy now and 7.95 to refund me for the product I returned to you?! No thank you ma’am. Never again.
