I am incredibly disappointed with this store. I ordered an item and immediately wanted to change it to a different item. They told me I was not able to make any changes to the order once it had been placed. Ok, great. I will just send it back once I receive it. I received my item and I can't even get it on my body it's so small. I tried to return it (for store credit) so that I could get something that would fit and was told since I used their "summertime" code, I was unable to return it. So now I am stuck with something I can not wear and am out the money. I have shopped at their store in the past and had planned on buying more. This has changed my mind completely. I will no longer shop with this company. Instead I will shop with a company who cares about the customer. I will also make sure all my friends who blog about their store including on instagram know how terrible of a business model this store has. This is not a way to run a business! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DO NOT SHOP HERE!

This company has by far the worst customer Service I've ever dealt with in my life. They take DAYS to respond to anything, and then when they do it's half ass excuses. Most of the clothing I've bought from there has been paper thin, horrible material, and extremely over priced. When you return something they charge $6 for shipping, which is standard I gusss. Then you don't even get your money back, you get STORE CREDIT! You have to go through the entire unfortunate process of dealing with their slow shipping. Don't even bother getting something personalized because you will be waiting A WHILE. I'm currently waiting on a shirt I ordered 3 weeks ago. My most recent experience is with the returns though, they have had my return for 3 days and have yet to process it. I still have yet to get my "store credit." It's pathetic, and when I got the shirt I returned, I wanted to get on and write a review on how I didn't like the shirt. It was paper thin, see through, very flowy. I, like most People, decide if I want to buy a shirt based on reviews. Well they don't allow bad reviews at all. They immediately delete any bad reviews on the website, and immediately delete negative comments on their social media platforms. After I use my dreaded store credit I will NEVER shop at this sad excuse for a business again. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND HEADACHE!!

I ordered a shirt from The Pink Lily Boutique a bit skeptically because it was an online boutique I hadn't heard of and was afraid that I was going to be scammed. I am very pleased to report that this is a trustworthy website! I received my top in a timely fashion, received an order confirmation, as well as shipping confirmation, and was pleased with the top I ordered! The shirt is cute and I am happy that I received it because with many online boutiques these days it's hard to know which ones are real!
