Best Boutique ever! I’m in love with Pink Lily! They have great quality clothing & great prices! They also have awesome customer service.... I remember one time talking to customer service about their slow returns and not much later it was fixed and they started using route which has fast shipping and really fast returns and exchanges. Also protects damaged and lost packages. Pink Lily also releases clothing collections which is fun! Pink Lily is by far my favorite store to shop at! Thank Pink Lily!

I don’t know why Pink Lily only has 4 stars. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry, offered options and ultimately canceled my order so that I could use my Pink Lily rewards. I was and am very pleased with their customer service and the quality of their clothing! So happy I found them on instagram!

I was aware of the Pink Lily return policy but I used AfterPay and was slightly confused on how it would alter my payments after returning something, if any. My sales rep got back to me ASAP and answered all the questions I had! Not only do I love PL clothes, but their customer service was beyond wonderful! Thank you PL Team!
