I ordered a rain jacket that was on final sale December 18th and still hadn't received it or a notification that it had shipped and it was already January 9th. I reached out to Pink Lily and they responded almost immediately. They explained the situation and after messaging a few times back and forth I completely understood what was going on. They let me know it should ship within a certain amount of time. My experience with Pink Lily has always been nothing but great. Their customer service reps have always been nothing but kind and very helpful.

I ordered a sweater I absolutely loved and after reading sizing i ordered a small. I then determine that i would probably need the xtra small. I was afraid that i would have to send it back and wait for a refund but to my surprise i sent an email and within minutes i got a response from them and they changed the size for me right then and there. This is my first order with them but i am very happy with their friendly customer service. I will certainly buy from them again. Thx pink lily

I received some pinklily items for Christmas, but unfortunately they were too small and one item I purchased for myself just two weeks prior (how you know my mama has good taste 😋). They allowed me to return it all since it was a gift & gave me a full refund to reorder! While trying to reorder from my iPhone, for some reason it kept telling me strange things related to my address and my card. I reached out again and they helped me trouble shoot in order to get my order placed! They were extremely helpful throughout it all and were super nice every time! Another reason to love pinklily!

As if I couldn’t love Pink Lily anymore. I’ve been purchasing so many clothes from here. I only had to return 2 dresses because they did not fit. The return process was super easy. I was given an e-gift card refund to use. I was having issues getting the code to work. I emailed customer service and somebody got back to me so fast with a new code. Great clothes and great customer service.
