I ordered a sweater and when I received it the mail, a seem was coming undone. I reached out to Pink Lily's customer service since the item was final sale and could not be refunded or exchanged per their policy, but as soon as they received my inquiry and the pictures of the sweater, they sent a replacement sweater at no cost or inconvenience on my end! And besides their customer service, their style is stunning and I get comments and compliments on every item I buy from them!

I was sent double of an item, instead of my 2 different items. They refunded it easily. When I deleted my gift cards before I used them , they were very helpful in sending me my code again. It was during a holiday weekend, I was very impressed with their service.

I was sent the wrong item & sent an email to notify. The correct sweater was sent quickly & I even got to keep the incorrect item to give as a gift! Great customer service!

I contacted Pink Lily to let them know that I had received the right item, however it was the wrong color. Being in the industry of apparel and working under 1 warehouse, I wanted to reach out knowing end of year audits would be coming and their inventory would be off. They contacted me back the next day to apologize for the error, they were out of stock of the item I had originally ordered or they would reship the correct item. They issued a store gift card for the cost of the item plus taxes and told me to keep or donate the item. I definitely wasn’t expecting this as they are not Amazon, target or Walmart. No small company can’t get items out within 3 business days- seriously, as mentioned I work in the same field and with the amount of emails, change of sizes, checking on order status ( which delays processes further and clogs up CS emails)- I was extremely surprised to hear anything back by the next day. For those who are complaining about your order not shipping within’ 3 days of checkout. Try running a multi-million dollar company where majority of your sales are E-commerce and tell me you can do it quicker, while maintaining a awesome customer service. It’s not physically possible. Thank you Pink Lily, for going above and beyond once again. I WILL be returning as I have been since 2015.

I have been buying almost all of my clothes from them for years! I Love everything they sell and make returns easy. Recently I had a skirt that came in damaged that said was a final sale but contacted customer support and they were so awesome and took care of everything! I have watched videos about the company and how it got started and love supporting such an awesome place that empowers women!

The Customer Service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Had an issue with my order and the replied in less than 24 to help me out! Would recommend 1000%!!

Customer Sevice has always been amazing to me. They respond quickly and do their best to fix my issue. I've had to reach out twice (separate occasions) because I had ordered the wrong size. Both times, the problem was fixed without any issues. I've also had to return several items and they make it very easy. I'm a very happy Pink Lily customer and recommend them to everyone.
