I recently purchased 2 one piece bathing suits, several bralettes and a sweatshirt. The sweatshirt arrived with 2 snaps that were broken. I ordered a sewing kit from amazon and just figured I would try to figure out how to sew them back on vs me trying to send back. After looking closer, that was not possible. I reached out to Pink Lily & received an email back with in just a few hours. They are sending me a new sweatshirt and told me to donate the other. Customer service doesn't get much better than that! I will continue to do business with PL as they are now my new favorite boutique!

I had an issue with the dress I ordered being defective, it had white staining down the middle. I ordered the dress with plenty of time to ensure it arrived before valentines. I contacted customer service and a new dress is being shipped within three days, without the hassle of having to return the original one. Customer service was very responsive, professional, and just overall great! I wish this was the case with other businesses! It was my first time purchasing from pink lily and will definitely be purchasing again after this positive experience and the way my order was handled. Thank you Pink Lily!
