UPDATE Feb 2026: Ping lightning support was very responsive and eager to help. In the end, we received a full refund. ------------------------------------ Just bought 3 light fixtures from Ping. They arrived almost 2 months later. The product did not match the image on the website, and the quality was horrible. Examples: the rings of metal in the fixtures were held together by hot glue (I kid you not!). Little surprise that the metal rings were coming apart, and you could see the hot glue underneath. Strands of hot glue were on the canvas of the light fixture (the canvas also had jagged cut marks- like it was roughly hand cut). The dimensions also did not match the specs on the site. We paid $259 for each fixture (bought 3 total) that should have cost no more than $15 based on what we received. When we contacted them, we were told that the quality of the metal is such that the only way they can put it together is by using hot glue. They told us to fix it ourselves and offered a total of $30 for our trouble.

Amazing customer service. Very responsive and adaptable. The lights are high quality and very nice looking, as per what you see on the website. Would order from here again.

I placed an order in April and still waiting for a refund after months of negotiating and emailing weekly I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I run a small design business and would never ever work with this company again, don't let the cheap prices fool you!
