My lights all arrived in a timely manner. Packaging was good and quality of the lights are also good. I was concerned when I never got tracking information and emailed them. I got a quick response with tracking information and the lights arrived 2 days later. I was pleased with this company.

I am pleasantly surprised with the experience I had buying plug in wall sconces from Ping lighting. I found an exact duplicate on their website of a lamp I was looking to buy on Wayfair for half of the price, I bought two. I did so cautiously because I was not sure how reliable the website was, and being in Canada, international shipping is sometimes not worth the headache. The sconces arrived surprisingly fast which was the first green flag. But unfortunately they were two different models. I reached out to customer service about it and they were excellent. They took accountability and sent me a replacement lamp, staying in touch with me throughout the entire process (it did take a while for the replacement to come due to stock issues). Each time I contacted customer service for an update they replied to me promptly and reassured me the replacement was coming. I eventually received my replacement sconce as promised and am very happy about it! They look exactly like the pictures and work great. Super impressed with the customer service experience and quality of the products. Thanks so much
