Found the exact item I wanted and ordered it. I wanted a LED sconce that pivoted and provided excellent focused light for reading. Lamp arrived as promised in new condition. I had no problem installing and I love the lamp/sconce for my bedside. It is simple modern and elegant.

Accidentally put in the wrong email so I couldn’t access my order. Sent a message and it was fixed the next day. Took some time to get here from overseas but the quality is great. Love my bathroom light.

I found the lighting pendant I had found from another vendor at an incredible value. The pieces I ordered arrived and were in great condition and exactly as expected.

LOVE the lamp! Beautiful and well made. Shipping is a little slow, but customer service was very responsive. Will definitely look at Ping Lighting products next time I need a lamp.

The product is exactly what I was looking for at a good price. The items shipped on time and I received them promptly and in good condition. Easy to install and high quality

Perhaps my reading comprehension is not very good because I did not see anything in their product listing that reflected these were imitation and knock off items. I thought I was purchasing a Nottaway chandelier at a great price because that is exactly the verbiage that was listed. The product I received isdefinitely 100% not a Nottoway chandelier… If it is represented as an imitation and I missed it then forgive me but buyer beware.

Beautiful light. Exactly the same as one I have been eyeing at a famous furniture store but for a fraction of the price. Customer service was very responsive!

The lamp is beautiful!! The communication was very prompt and professional. I had to change the model that I originally selected but all the issues were solved to my satisfaction. I will definitely buy from them again.
