I would give Ping Lighting zero stars if possible. I ordered 2 wall lights that ended up being cheap potter barn knock offs. That wasn't the main problem though and I would have kept the lights. Ping used a budget shipping company and when the boxes arrived, they were completely soaked in a very smelly dark oil. The shipper had placed the boxes in a large trash bag, I'm assuming because of the spilled oil. I was concerned about the oily substance because I didn't know what it was or if it was toxic. I didn't feel safe opening the boxes. Ping refused to allow me to send back the boxes and told me to wear gloves to open the boxes. I finally did and the lights were missing pieces and the inside of the boxes also had the oily substance. I challenged the charge on my credit card and only then did Ping agree to allow me to ship the boxes back and they made me pay for return shipping! I spoke to my credit card company and they reversed the charges within 2 business days and gave Ping back their money. Ping received the lights back and for months and even to this day say that they didn't get the charge back from the credit card even though I sent them the statement showing it went through. This company is managed by crooks. I spent almost $300 for the oil soaked lights and don't even have a product and Ping still has my money! This was in Feb. 2026 and it's now October and they never refunded me.

This is scam company! Never trust them! They sent wrong item and never answered for return request. The light fixture very poor quality as well. Delivery to Canada more than 6 weeks.... horrible

BUYER BEWARE!! I ordered over $2,000 worth of light fittings from Ping Lighting, and cannot install them. Based on the information on their website advising light fittings would be shipped with the appropriate local voltages, I assumed this meant that the lights had the required documentation confirming they were complaint with Australian Standards. When the lights arrived, there was no paperwork included with the fittings, no SAA certificate and no RCM sticker on the fittings. When I requested this documentation from Ping, they advised the fittings only have CE certification (which is not recognised in Australia), and suggested that we hire a "regular worker" to install the fittings, since our electrician understandably refused to install non compliant fixtures. I requested a refund, and prepaid return label so I could return the products, but Ping have repeatedly refused to provide a prepaid return label, and insist that I cover the cost of the return myself. Given these lights can't even be legally installed in Australia, under consumer law, it is the retailer's responsibility to ocver the cost of return shipping, but Ping refuse. I have had to contact my bank to go through a chargeback process. You have been warned - DO NOT BUY from this website if you intend to install these light fixtures in Australia, they are not compliant!!

HORRIBLE return policy. They charge a 20% restocking fee AND you have to pay to ship it back. They spent days haggling with me (20% off the product, 50% off the product) just so they wouldn't have to accept the return. There are so many other lighting companies out there that will happily accept your return, free of charge. Stay away from this company if you have any intention of returning the product.

I ordered a 4 pendant light from ping which was never fully delivered. Never got any confirmation. Only parts of the order arrived. Sent them several emails to get a status update on the remainder of the order, to no avail. It's a scam that lures customers with slightly discounted prices and never delivers the order. Worst customer service ever.

I ordered a brass lamp &paid it by credit card & after reading about the company services .I decided to ask a refund within the day,& wasn't able to contact support ..connection ..for Any Refund . Makes me wonder id they're legitimate! Definitely Not Great service to cancel that order for a brass lamp! Sad !!!

Ping Lighting is actively engaged in fraud. They are flagrantly stealing designs and images from legitimate lighting brands such as Anthropologie and Velora.

I would give them zero if I could. Long long delivery "months " and when they arrive they are sub standard knock off lights not every capable to hang in your house. Amazing as i am in direct contact with your customer service team You have my email as you are communicating with me 5 times now you have responded with Nothing but stalling and added confusion I will pay to send back Just refund the money enough with the games I have now had direct contact 3 times with the office and still no refund or how to return. Product is months late, is not as advertised and still games Do not purchase from this company
