This company cannot be trusted to deliver items when promised. I ordered an item from Walmart, making sure that it would arrive in the timeframe that we needed it. I received a notice that a delivery appointment had been set. I made sure we were home for the entire 8 hour window, and the delivery never arrived. When I called to see where it was, they told me that they didnt realize where we lived and it would be at least another week before they could get it to us. They seemed to not care when I asked them why (when my zipcode is written all over the place) they couldn't figure out where I lived when they made their commitment. I am currently still waiting for this item and now will just consider myself lucky if it arrives at all!

They delivered my Purple Bed this afternoon. Really disappointed with the level of service. First, they didn't call the right number even though I confirmed the number the week before. Second, it was supposed to be "white glove delivery" which is described as setup. Their version was to leave a rolled 164lb mattress on my BR floor. They left marks on my walls (stairwell & hallway) and left mud and grime on the steps going upstairs. Absolutely unprofessional service. Disgusted with Pilot and Purple.

I did a lot of research on televisions and settled in front of the LG Nano. I felt great about my purchase and frantically purchased the product. I ate my heart once I saw the review about Pilot Freight! BUUUUT! my worries were for no reason at all. It reads in your tracking email that you will obtain a phone call once your product is shipped through Pilot Freight but I did not. However, I did call the location which put me to great ease because the guy on the other line was the epitome of Customer Service. Just as cold as ice with it: mannerisms, thorough and concise. He sent a message to the driver at which the driver called, verified my address, called me when he was lost instead of just trying to deliver it another day and he was excited for me that I had purchased the item. What sealed the deal is my vision into the back of the truck where my television was snug and strapped down to the side of the truck walls, which put any ideas to rest - it was clear that if the television was damaged is was not going to be as a result of the transport by the truck. So, granted a lot of reviews show that folks have had bad experiences I, can honestly say that I, did not nor did the owners of the 70 and 65 inchers who were on the truck that same day. This is short of a shot out to the Pilot Freight of Richmond Virginia: We are good to go down here, so folk from the area worry not!..

I expected an Amazon delivery via Pilot yesterday. I have received an email to say that delivery was attempted, but no note was left nor was there any information regarding when the delivery would next be "attempted". Furthermore, there is apparently no way of contacting this company in the UK. Amazon provide a Spanish phone number which is permanently engaged, without any means of leaving a message. Not really sure why Amazon is using such a patently useless company.

Horrific company. Honestly no organisation skills and unable to deliver a parcel after 3 days of waiting.. waited in all day for them to then say its not coming at 8pm... Poorly made decision by Amazon to use this company.

Amazon UK uses Pilot to deliver my chair, tracking says delivery attempted twice, but how’s that possible? I live in a building where parcels can simply go to the receptions.

ive just received an email to say they attempted delivery at 12.06pm and didn't leave my parcel as no one was in.....I've been in the house since 10 am and no one has been to my door !!. ....and there is no card through the letterbox...so basically whoever is on the delivery couldn't be bothered to do their delivers!! what a terrible organisation

The most unorganized company I have ever dealt with in 40 years. No one makes any attempt to let you know when your package will arrive you have a 10-day window to sit home and wait for your package. When you call customer service because you've missed your delivery and the guy is still standing in your driveway they tell you it will be four days before he can return. And the lady who answers the phone should never deal with the public ever.
