We ordered a matress from purple and we had everything else but the matress. So we called bcs according to shipping they have had it for 2 days already and we didnt get an. Email or anything to set up for delivery so we called and they told us that it would be wensday when we would have it delivered called today to check and its scheduled for Thursday now really not happy.

Although the parcel hasn’t been delivered yet, I called and spoke to Carole in the South Bend on Wednesday May 1 to arrange delivery. We settled on the morning of May 6 and I arranged for someone to bring in the 200 lb plus package. We waited until 3pm and then called to check the status. Carole stated it was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday. I explained no one would be home and the forecast was for rain. During the ensuing conversation, Carole conveyed a condescending responses to my questions and took no responsibility for the error. We finally landed on a suitable delivery date, however I will be required to once again shuffle my schedule and rearrange for help to bring it in.

I purchased a flat screen television from Walmart.com, and they informed me Pilot Freight Services would be delivering the television to my home in a week. Pilot then delayed my delivery a freaking month out instead of a week, however no big deal. On the day of delivery, Pilot never called to schedule the delivery to make sure someone would be home, however they posted on my order that they called three times. When they finally did call, they stated they would be 20 minutes late, keep in mind they were already four hours late from the time they said originally. 3 more hours later, they finally show up at 10 PM at night. They deliver the TV, and leave. I open the box and the screen is completely shattered!! So I call them and that conversation literally goes nowhere. I'm still currently trying to get this resolved with Walmart to get a refund. This company is terrible and do not give a crap about the customers... they don't even deserve the one star.

Pilot delivery is a very dishonest company. I ordered my first TV through fingerhut. Pilot charged me a 110 dollars to ship the TV never came. Pilot delivery had the TV just sitting in their warehouse for days. I was upset about how my TV was not being delivered the pilot supervisor took upon himself and had the TV sent back and said customer refused order. Finger hut CEO of sell contact me about the ordeal ask me to give the company a second chance and I did. Reordered a LG 55 inch was recharged a 110 dollars and pilot has my TV sitting in their warehouse for four days the supposed to be delivered on the 11 fingerhut could careless. Pilot is bad for business and fingerhut totally lost my business forever.

After seeing so many very negative reviews, I feared the worst when I was notified that Pilot Freight was the company that would be delivering my WinkBeds mattress from Wisconsin to New York. I had instructed my wife about what to do if the box arrived damaged. Thankfully, we had no problems at all, so I'd thought I'd post a review to indicate that at least some deliveries are handled fine. I received an initial automated email from Pilot on Thursday, 1/17, that they were handling my shipment from WinkBeds and would be calling me to schedule a delivery appointment. They called on Monday, 1/21, and said they would be doing deliveries in my area Tuesday or Friday. I chose Friday, 1/25, and they gave me a window of 12:30-4:30pm, and asked if I would like a call 30 minutes before they would arrive, which I said yes to. The driver called on Friday around 1:15pm and delivered the mattress at 1:44pm. The box was in perfect condition.

If you thought DHL were poor, wait until you use this bunch of useless tossers. Been waiting in all day for a delivery, then at 5.40pm Amazon email to say my parcel will now hopefully be delivered within 48 hours. What a waste of a day. Completely useless

I ordered from walmart.com on 11/30/18 and had it shipped to the house. Wal-Mart uses Pilot Freight for shipping. I was sent an email stating that it would be delivered on 12/11/18 and that it required a signature, so someone had to be home between the hours of 10:00-18:00. I waited all day for the delivery, tried tracking the package and it gives very little detail. I called Pilot and before they will deliver, you have set up an appointment or your package will not be delivered. NEVER have I had this happen with UPS or FEDEX. Needless to say, my son will not be getting his birthday gift on his birthday. INSANE!!!

still waiting for parcel due to be delivered 31 October. When I try to contact them the phone number is not recognised. Dreadful service.
