My husband ordered our bed frame via Walmart.com and set schedule for home delivery on a date in december. The day came and went and when he looked at tracking, it said it had actually been delivered a week earlier...to the walmart STORE, and a manager signed for it. When he contacted the manager, he was told that the company dropped it off, let it "layover" for a day, and then picked it back up (and returned it to the seller???). Meanwhile, husband was charged for the expensive frame. I guess walmart screwed up the delivery, but I find it interesting there are SO MANY terrible reviews. I believe my husband made a claim with the delivery company, and nothing happened

The worst shipping experience ever. Bought a kitchen from IKEA months ago and was supposed to be shipped through these guys on the 8th of January. They failed to deliver. I called IKEA. They called Pilot. Pilot said that it was already delivered. I told IKEA no it's not. They went back and Pilot said "oops it's in our warehouse" and we will deliver it tomorrow (meaning today). The driver came an hour ago, called me on my phone (instead of buzzing at my gate as instructed on the gate intercom) and I didn't see the call. I looked out the window a minute later and he was there. I opened the gate, called back the number, ran up the driveway, screaming and he pulled away. I texted, called repeatedly as he drove away. I called Pilot and the lady called the driver....came back and told me that he was an hour away already so can't come back (even though it was 20 minutes)...called the driver from a different phone number (only way to get him to answer) and he said that he was trying to get Pilot to allow him to come back. He has not returned and hung up on me and my wife when we called out the inconsistencies between what he and dispatch were saying. Not sure what happened but would recommend that nobody, especially a company as reputable as IKEA, use these people.

Terrible experience after their delivery men scratched our new wood floors. Would never choose to work with this company.

Wish I could give them a no star. Waited all day for my mattress. Never showed. Called customer service. 28 minutes later was given the ol’ “oh yea... uh information was JUST updated.... yea delivery van was late so it’s going to our holding station. Not sure when they will be out for delivery”. I said a bad word. Customer service hung up on me. Called back to try to get an update. 30 minutes later was directed by a recording to leave a message. Have no heard back from them yet. Never again.

I had the same experience as many of you but i have still have yet to receive my package. Placed the order on December 4th was scheduled to be delivered on the 13th and waited all day. Nothing came. Not like Pilot will even read these but I still would not ever use or recommend this shipping company to anyone. There a joke. Not sure if ill ever get my package and i already paid for it I'm becoming really frustrated with this company. I understand that its the holidays but still not a excuse hire more people, when you tell someone the package will be there and I wait all day and nothing comes. Ridiculous!! Really tired of the run around trying to figure out where it is at!!!

Worst shipping company ever. Bought new TV and unfortunately pilot was supposed to deliver it. They missed first appointment. I waited for them full day, they don't call so I call them and after 40 minutes waiting I learned that they forgot to load it. Next appointment 3 days later amdame story for 2nd,3rd and rth appointment. Finally on 5th appointment after 3 weeks of complaining they delivered broken box...

ABYSMAL This company doesn’t deserve any stars! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ACTUALLY NO SERVICE AT ALL. They were suppose to pick up a package never showed, never called and when I called them I was oN the line for 20 minutes (each of 3 times) and then the line went dead. Finally went with another company for pick up service.

I have great things to say about the delivery of my tempurpedic mattress & adjustable base. Gregg & Jeff were wonderful. They were pilot & courteous even took off shoes. I did not ask them too but Gregg did. Set up everything to my requests & cleaned up all the trash & packaging. They called at 1:59PM & said would arrive at 2:40 PM & arrived at 2;39PM...now I call that efficient. These men did a great job I praise them highly. Thank you again Gregg Bradley & Jeff.
