I ordered a TV from Walmart.com. Pilot claimed they never received it from Walmart, however Walmart has on record that Pilot picked it up. Pilot claims they somehow lost this 75 inch TV, a very easy box to miss right? They are either incompetent and actually lost an 800 dollar TV, or they are Lying and they received it but decided to keep it for themselves, and based on other reviews which show that they have a long history of lying and claiming they attempted delivery, or that they actually delivered items that were never delivered, or that they never picked up items that they did, I am leaning towards the theory that they are dishonest and shady. I wouldn't be one bit surprised if it turned out that one of their drivers stole the TV to either sell it or keep for himself with the expectation that I would be given a replacement so in his or her head it would be a 'victimless crime'. Ridiculous. I wouldn't ever trust this company to ship anything ever again and if I find out that they are the company that some online store utilizes to ship their merchandise, i will be shopping elsewhere. They should have their business shut down.

Don't get pilot to ship anything for you. Bad communication, tracking is trash 🗑. If you didn't know pilot has a contract with walmart. It is best to just pick up your own items yourself.

Ordered 2 desk chairs from Amazon - single order with 2 of the same item. One arrived a day earlier than predicted (hence 2 stars instead of 1) but the other is nowhere to be seen and Amazon can't give me any other information. Tracking number provided doesn't work. Useless company! It seems they are part of Hermes, as the delivery label has both Pilot and Hermes at the top and was delivered by my usual Hermes driver, so why don't they use the same tracking technology? This reminds me of how Hermes was a few years ago, before they improved their service to compete with other couriers.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would! I agree with the hundreds of terrible reviews from customers on this sight, on other review sites Consumer Affairs and the BBB. THIS COMPANY IS TRASH!!! Terri Chase of Pilot Freight is one of the nastiest customer service representative that I have ever encountered!!!! It took Pilot one month to properly print up and send me what their incompetent pick up driver did not! He was to give me a receipt for me allowing him to pick up my expensive damaged items! This man came empty handed! Then when I am finally able to get through on the phone...I get this nasty yelling screaming and unprofessional Terri Chase on the phone. It took her one month to do what he should have had in his hands in the first place! Avoid this delivery and pickup company at all costs. They need to immediately go out of business!!!!

Awful, they lie about 'Delivery attempted', nothing was attempted they just couldn't be bothered, why have Amazon started using this company? What is the point in paying for Prime when Amazon uses companies like this? Pilots tracking is non existent 'invalid tracking number'. Their website is fake, no number for the UK, really? Amazon just tells you to contact them, When Amazon themselves can't even contact them, Beetlejuice Beetlejuice Beetlejuice will that work?, Shambles.

Shocking delivery service, my bed did not arrive ordered it on Thursday said it would arrive Friday and was then told it would be here by today and hasn’t arrived

never delivered my shipment on a custom subwoofer enclosure.. said it was delivered on the 5th of October 2020.. signed by wargo... seriously after reading these reviews I see they went to hell.. thanks for making my customer wait.

Having ordered a desk chair from Amazon Prime on the Monday, and then struggling to use the tracking number on the Pilot website, I decided to look in to the reviews having never had a delivery from Pilot before. Amazon had scheduled my delivery for Wednesday. An update on Wednesday morning confirmed it was out for delivery before 8pm. The chair was delivered at 5:15pm on Wednesday. I just felt it only fair to address the balance and say that I had an OK experience with Pilot and Amazon.
