I ordered a TV from Walmart for same day pick up. I received an email later that day the order was cancelled due to inventory. Then re-ordered and paid freight charge. Supposed to be delivered on 21 DEC. Recieved an email from pilot that an appointment for delivery had been scheduled for that day. On the 21st received a message that my appointment was now 6 Jan 2021! Using the tracking number it appears my Christmas present is sitting at a location 15 min from my house. I called the location and no one answers. To make matters worse, I saw the TV on a shelf at Walmart yesterday. Walmart needs to use a different company.

Down right angry and frustrated with this company. I wish there was a way to give them a zero rating. Odered a Blackstone griddle for my son on Dec 10th. Item was supposed to be delivered on Dec 23rd after sitting in their warehouse in Altanta for about a week. My son took the day off work on the 23rd of Dec. No delivery, no call. Tried to call them on Christmas Eve and was on hold for about an hour and passed on to another number.Still haven't been able to talk to anyone and have no idea where the hell my sons griddle is. I guess his Chrstmas will be late this year.After reading all of the negative reviews, I have no idea why wal mart uses such an obvious incompetent delivery service who has more dissatisfied customers than satisfied ones.

Delivery rescheduled 4 times. No one could tell me location of my package. Once located I even offered to drive 2.5 hours to pick it up. They refused and would not allow me to come get my property. This seems to be company with no leadership, everyone had a different story, No one seemed to be honest about situation, will never use again if choice given. Package still not received

Online portal is broken to schedule delivery and you cant get a hold of anyone in customer service. If the company you order from uses Pilot just save your self trouble and cancel the order. Customer service just keeps you on hold indefinitely.

first package came damage and if you try to clal you never get anyone i was on hold for over 3 hours just to talk to someone and never spoke to anyone package was supposed to be delivered a week ago and cant reach anyone

I have been trying to contact them for 4 days now. They advertise Someone is standing by to answer your call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If the phone is not busy, you are on hold for hours. I left multiple phones on hold for over 4 1/2 hours and still have not gotten any one. The reviews look horrible. How does a business like this ever get a customer. Avoid at all costs. If you order a product online and use Pilot, do not buy it! Go somewhere else or demand a different delivery service. Do not Trustpilot.

They will straight up lie! The customer service is horrible. I ordered a package to be delivered on a monday. On the previous wednesday I got a call saying that they could deliver it sooner, but I didn't have a chance to respond until thursday (the next day). I talked to someone who told me that they could delivery in on friday. I was excited to have the packages come sooner so I accepted. Her response was "will you even be home?" Um...Strange. I said I would be...but I respond "Yes! Please go ahead and deliver it on Friday" and she says that they will. FRIDAY MORNING. I call to check up on everything and I'm told that my package is there but will be delivered on monday. When I tell them I was told it would come in on friday they transfer me to the lady I had spoken to on thursday. And she LIES telling me "I didn't know you thought it'd be coming today". Why wouldn't I think that? That's what you told me! There is a clear lack of care and communication. I will never use this service again.

Cannot reach anyone on phone to schedule delivery. Tracking number states order ships from Dallas, TX but, destination is Atlanta, GA? I live in Killeen, TX. Started return of item to Walmart. They wont accept return after 12-31-20. Websites states delivery 1-8-2021? Excessive freight charge on Free Delivery. Ordered tv on black Friday. I won't ever make this mistake again. For $80.00 freight charge, I could drive 2 hours and pick up myself. Disgusted with Walmart and this shady Company. I believe any of these positive "reviews" are not truthful. All consumer sites reporting extremely high volumes of complaints.
