We have been using Pilot to ship our line of children's furniture from our warehouse in NJ to stores and consumers throughout the US for several years. It has been a constant struggle. To put it into perspective, we have over 13% damage rates on our dressers. The trust we've put into Pilot has not only cost us over $80,000 in actual damaged freight, countless hours dealing with upset customers and Pilot's customer service, the cost of replacement merchandise and it's associated freight, but, more importantly, the damage to our brand's reputation exacerbated by social media. Although it's not my nature to take to social media, for which I have no accounts, my utter frustration has lead me here. As it stands, 36% of our claims have been denied and the remaining 64% are unresolved. I've included a few images from recent days to help illustrate our experience. Incidentally, as I was writing this, a new claim came in from a retailer that we drop-ship for - the email chain with the photos and it describes the beginning of our process. It goes like this: 1) retailer informs us of a problem 2) retailer asks customer to send photos 3) photos get forwarded to us 4) our customer service person contacts the end-user for more details 5) once we have all the details, we arrange to have our warehouse ship replacements. 6) the items are prepared to be shipped, a BOL is created, wait for pick up 7) hope for the best Anyone reading this may be asking, why do we continue to use these guys. Because from my experience, all the national providers we've tried suck. So, Pilot, you're not alone. Meanwhile, we continue to search for reliable, local, independent delivery companies in major markets who can serve us.

Shocking service. All I can see are 1 star reviews. If I could give zero I would! They lie on the location of the package and can't even use the track ID as its invalid. Why are Amazon using this company? I will be getting a refund as I don't expect I'll ever receive this delivery.

These people are clueless and don't care. I give equal blame to the vendors who contract with them. (Sam's Amazon, Best Buy) Placed an order with Sam's Nov. 27 and was notified by the Sam's site that is was waiting for pickup Nov. 30 and delivery Dec. 8. No call or message. On Dec. 10 I started calling Sam's. (Philippines Customer Service) They said the the vender had it ready for pickup on Nov. 30 and that Pilot had not picked up the delivery. Sam's customer service also called Pilot and said that they would be picking it up immediately. I called Pilot and was told that they pick up daily for Sam's club and that the order was not ready. Confronted Sam's with that information as was told it was incorrect. Called multiple time with no further information. Finally picked up by Pilot on Dec. 17. I scheduled delivery for Dec. 29, first available day. Status of shipment Dec. 24 "Arrived at Pilot Location" in my state. Now I'm thinking like I might receive my order. Status update Dec. 27 "Pick Up, Atlanta, GA. Call Sam's, Pilot is picking up one of the pieces and guaranties me delivery on Dec. 29. Status update Dec. 29 "Pick Up, Atlanta, GA. Call Pilot their answer "Sorry". No call, no Delivery, No clue. No one can explain what is going on. Ready to cancel our Sam's membership as well. Will be posting on the Sam's site as well.

The company set up the delivery date without consultation. Then didn't even bother to show up on said date with a ridiculous 8 hour window. Horrible customer service with zero resolution. Was on hold for over 20 minutes then just transferred to an answering machine. This company can go eat a bag of wieners.

Amazon used them to deliver my TV. They lost the first one, delivered the second one damaged. I didn’t know until I opened the packaging. Amazon set up a return with pilot said they would be here between noon-6 pm WE WAITED ALL DAY & they never showed & never called I’ve been on hold for 2 hours bad service don’t use if you have a choice
