We’ve been expecting an Amazon delivery for a couple of days now. Each morning it’s said it’s out for delivery, but both last night and tonight we’ve got a message around 10:30pm saying that delivery was attempted a few hours previously. Like most of the country we’re not going out anywhere so have been in all day, so I suspect they just can’t be bothered to deliver the goods.....

I ordered a product through Amazon. The item is not what I ordered and I told the seller (Unifine) I wanted to return it. They told me someone from Pilot Freight would be in touch with me to arrange a pick up. Crickets. I finally called them today and I’m on hold for over an hour with no help. I left my number two hours ago and still have not received a callback. What a freaking sham. Will be sending something to Amazon’s customer service to try and compel them to stop using this “company.”

Horrible on all fronts. They keep pushing delivery dates back...from the 19th to the 23rd to the 26th. Who knows if this will ever arrive. Complete incompentance in scheduling and management. Do not use this company and be leery of any company that ships with them. I'm cancelling my Sam's Club Plus because they ship with them. Ridiculous.

worst customer service, NO one ever answers the phone, i have submitted several requests for someone to contact me, have called several times and have been left on hold and also had left my phone number for a return call that was never received. Supposed to have delivered on March 17th and it is now the 23rd. I have hospital equipment that is desperately needed and sadly cannot get any help with this company.

Product was scheduled for delivery 3/16. It is now 3/22 and no delivery and their on-line system still states 3/16. Have been on hold for 45 minutes this afternoon and 3 hours 20 minutes this evening with no one answering. Is this company for real??? Their message that plays while on hold stresses their customer service. We are a commercial account and will advise our manufacturer we buy from, to never use this freight co. again.

I had a delivery scheduled for 3 weeks. Today, day of delivery, they call me and tell me they have to cancel because they "don't have" my item. What the hell? You couldn't have figured this out sooner? You had 3 weeks! Then they tell me to call THEM back for an update. You guys should be calling ME. Really, just rotten service.

I was suppose to receive an Amazon package on March 4th and had a time of delivery between 9-12. I took a vacation day because it required a signature. 1245 and nothing. I called and they told me the package was not delivered. I let them know I could see tracking information and it was, in fact, delivered to them. She told me she would check. Its now March 8th and I have heard nothing back from Pilot.

Horrible customer service. From what I've read online, the people who work there don't like their jobs and it shows. Scheduled a delivery online because you can't actually get anyone on the phone. The delivery never showed up. No communication even though they have my phone # and email. You call and you just sit on hold. Do I just cancel the order or make a new delivery date and hope that it shows up?
