Made an order through Amazon and they didn't deliver on the day they were supposed to. There was no way to track it (the side had something but it just said pending or error whenever i tried). No way to contact them at all- the phone number just cuts off. My Amazon now says they will try again after they apparently tried three days after they were supposed to but I was out as I had no warning they would be delivering- myself and amazon had assumed the package was lost. It's been a week and they haven't tried again so I don't think it's happening. I wish Amazon wouldn't use Pilot.

I earliest delivery I could schedule was a month away from 11:00-3:00pm but I had no choice so I made it and waited. On the day of the delivery the driver forgot about my item and was 45 mins away when I notified the company at 4:00pm. They refused to have the driver turn around. Instead they scheduled a new delivery two days later. To punish me for complaining I now have to wait from 11:00 am - 7:00pm on the new date. Never use this shipping company if you can avoid it.

Non delivery on behalf of Amazon. Then lied about delivery. Why are Amazon using this ‘service’?

WORST company ever please dont use this company for your shipments is not worth it they are unprofessional we order something from walmart pilot give us an appointment for delivery 4/7/21 between 11am 3pm on that day no body call no body show up we call the company they don't know where our package was it took us 2 hours to find out the package end up in Houston cz somebody made a mistake and send it overthere now 2 days after this happened no body has send an email or call to let us know when are we receiving our shipment they keep on telling us is on hes way we pay 100 dlls for a horrible delivery

Zero stars . Worst company. Completely destroyed our antique desk in shipping and were over 120 days being ignored with our damage claim. Don't use this company.

This has to be the most incompetent delivery service I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. I ordered a mattress from Purple on March 8 and it shipped via Pilot on March 9. As I write this review on March 30, I’m no closer to having the mattress delivered than I was when I ordered it. The original delivery was scheduled for March 22 from 3-7pm. On March 21 around 4:00 pm (less than 24 hours prior to the delivery window), I received an email from Pilot saying that the delivery was rescheduled for the following week. There was no additional information provided. I called Pilot and spoke to a representative who told me that there was a “shipment delay” and that’s why it had to be rescheduled. Figuring that these things happen, I hung up and waited a week. Fast forward to March 29 around 4:00. This time I get a voicemail stating that the mattress just arrived at their warehouse, but since they have to find an agent to deliver it, they are unable to honor the delivery window of March 30 from 3-7pm. I called Pilot back and was informed by the representative that this was “economy delivery” and there was no guaranteed date/time for delivery. She also stated that they don’t normally deliver to my area, so they had to find an agent willing to do this delivery. Why would Pilot accept this delivery from Purple if they don’t deliver to my area? So, 21 days after the order shipped, your guess is as good as mine as to if or when I’ll receive this mattress. I will NEVER again use Pilot for any delivery and will not purchase something from any retailer that ships the item via Pilot. I would recommend that you STEER CLEAR of this shipping company at all costs!!

This is the absolute worst company that I have ever encountered. They state they are available 24/7 and I have literally been on hold for over 12 hours and not once did they ever answer. Horrible company. Horrible customer service.

Literally 4 days and 12 hours on hold 6 hours just today and still no answer on customer service. Got disconnected twice last week after 2 hours. This is THE WORST COMPANY!!! Use at your own risk because these guys truly suck.
