Pilot Freight ServicesReviews of pilotdelivers.com

Read some of the reviews, others may not agree but the experience I had was wonderful! Right on time. I ordered a dryer from Lowe’s and Team: Matt and Megan were extremely polite and placed my dryer where I needed it. Great team for sure.. very good experience A+++

Wow I'm glad I didn't read these reviews before my delivery. My delivery of a dishwasher went smoothly. I'm not sure if Lowe's or this company tried to reschedule for a later day but I called Lowe's and she made sure my original delivery date stood. The workers were in uniform, very polite and put the dishwasher right where I wanted it. So no complaints here.

I had a delivery window which they missed after I took off work. I call and she goes "oops I was just about to call and say your mattress was destroyed beyond repair I suggest you file a claim with the company." Um, what? I am wondering if they are actually stealing orders and selling them on the side since sooooo many people have issues.

This company is a piece of sh*it. No customer service. Never delivered my $2000 vanity. It is a fraud company.

So I bought a Pit Boss Smoker from Walmart online and this was the shipping company they use. I heard horror stories about this company. Everything went smooth delivery wise aside from the damage to the smoker that EVERYONE SEEMS TO HAVE. I will have to take it up with Walmart. But beware of this company and their horrible shipping company.

My shipment arrived at the Denver warehouse 2 weeks ago and I was told I have to make an appointment to receive my product. I made the appointment for today, 2 weeks later and got a notification that it was in transit to be delivered between 10am - 6pm. I called the warehouse to verify the delivery and was told it was not in transit and it was still loaded in a truck to be unloaded today or tomorrow and I would receive a call to schedule a different delivery date! I work a crazy schedule and I'm on the road most of the week so I had to take a day off ( for nothing ) and now i get to waste another day off in the future and hope it shows up!

I ordered a product from Sams Club on May 26th. Been monitoring it via tracking for weeks. Called Sams, Called Pilot..who have tremendous hold times and lack of answers and redirects. Sams shipped a replacement product on June 9th, it is now July 12th, and still don't have the product after multiple delivery dates promises made by Sams and Pilot. Truly a terrible freight company and I would avoid them at all costs. Not reliable whatsoever. I can order products from China on wish.com faster than this.

I was supposed receive a shipment of wheels last Thursday 6/24/21 and still hasn’t came. I was told it would come today 7/2/21 at 9:00am-12pm. It never showed up. I was told by Pilot that they can’t find the pallet. You gotta be kidding me. Mad isn’t the word I need to use now.
