I sincerely apologize for the confusion the reason you are only able to send only one of each product at a time is that we don't want the facility to throw out any of your important mail in case they have a restriction as to how many mail orders of the same product can be received in one day. I sincerely apologize for the confusion, at the moment we do notify you once your mail has arrived. We no longer provide commissary and we are not a provider but we are a third party who cooperates with facilities guidelines and their phone providers. We assist you in getting the lowest rate phone calls with these phone providers so your phone calls arent so expensice and can last longer. We also do work with all facilities unless your has specific or strict guidelines with their mail in which most of the time we follow too.
