Very kind and helpful
First of all this is all new. I was confused by what this service is. Once I figured it out. The girl I spoke with was very helpful. This is a difficult situation for families, and your associate was very patient explaining how it would work.

Making Days Brighter
I didnt know there was apps like this made for ppl with loved ones incarcerated. I was excited to be able to send & communicate thru this app.
