Imagine my excitement when a pendant I was looking to give my daughter for Christmas was available online. It looked exactly like how she wanted, and was customizable. I made the order and waited. When it arrived at the house I opened the box with anticipation and was thoroughly disappointed. It looked nothing like the pendant on the website. My first thought was this is a bait and switch company with false advertising. I tried calling the company and no answer. I sent an email, still no reply. Now I have no gift to give my daughter and I'm out 250.00 dollars. I will never use this company again, and I will be sure to spread the word on my experience. I'll also be contacting the NY BBB. I said I'd do something about my review on Trust Pilot since they finally refunded my money after months of back and forth and waiting for responses. So here is my update; yes, I got my money refunded, I had to pay the return shipping both times. No I will not do business with again. Found out from another trust pilot review that they're also known as Alivia and Danny.

We ordered a 14kt solid gold charm with engraved tabs and a photo. The photo was correct, but the tabs were barely readable - nothing like the photo where the text is black, and the worst of all.....they sent a gold filled charm, although we paid for solid gold. Ultimately, they replaced the charm with the correct one in time for Christmas, BUT, now one of the names is spelled wrong and they are on the jump ring backwards, and Christmas is in a few days! Not sure it's worth fighting for a correction since the tabs are soldered on the jump ring and would require taking to a local jeweler to swap out and I'd have to pay for it. UPDATE: I did as instructed in their response to my original review to call and ask to speak with Erica. She was unavailable to take my call and I was assured she would call me back. That did not happen, a CS agent called back and made an offer to send a shipping label to return the charm for repair and also give us a 5% discount. We returned the charm and it was quickly fixed with the correct name spelling and returned in less than a week. NOW, it looks horrible because the font used on the correction tab is different, larger, and not black compared to the other correct tab (which they had in their possession to reference). Quality control is horrible and it is disappointing because my daughter's charm from several years ago is beautiful and perfect. This was not an inexpensive piece and should not have been treated as such when correcting not one, but two mistakes on their part....instead I have something that looks ridiculous. 2nd UPDATE AS OF 2/20/25....The repair they did to the fix the incorrect spelling was actually done on fake gold that is now turning colors, I wish I could post a picture! So on top of first sending a gold filled locket when we paid for a 14kt gold locket, which they replaced, the spelled a name wrong on the replacement locket. Which we sent back for correction, and they returned it with a different font and font size than the other name, which has now also turned colors proving it is not 14kt gold. The correct tab still looks like real gold, they are now two different colors! BUYER BEWARE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT QUALITY, CONSISTENCY, OR THEIR CUSTOMERS, we paid over $400 for this locket, but we definitely did not get the quality to match the price!!

I placed an order for two gifts for Christmas one being a sterling silver 24 inch rope chain and one with a jeweled photo pendant. The pendant was wrong. The 24 inch necklace never even made it to me.Now I'm left with no necklace for one person and the wrong pendant for the necklace I did receive. Their answer to me was wait until after the holidays to send the one back and then receive my correct item. Make matters worse this is the 2nd time they completely dropped the ball on my order first time was 2022. This will be my last time doing business with this company the customer service is horrible!

I placed an order on December 18th thinking I would have it on time for Christmas. they emailed me the same day notified me it was shipped. I know it would've been close to get it on time but once I received the email that it has been shipped the same day I was hopeful there was a chance to get on time. I've been tracking the package and through USPS tracking and It wasn't even received yet. Looks like it was received until today and now it's not coming until the 28th and I ordered the gifts for my relatives who are in town It was supposed to be a special gift and it doesn't look they will still be here when it's delivered.o I'll change my review once I get my products and see The quality of jewelry . Iwish I would have checked the reviews before purchasing I normally do. I emailed customer service today to find out why it says it was shipped but USPS hadn't received the item yet and it looks like they just dropped it off today very misleading. Never had a response to why it wasn't dropped off to post office when I was emailed it shipped the same day I ordered .

This place is an absolute scam. I ordered a personalized sterling silver baseball pendant with my son's name on it as a Christmas gift. It was delivered and looked nothing like the advertisement and wasn't even engraved with my son's name. It's rough, misshapen and isn't engraved - absolutely not what I ordered. It looks like they grabbed one out of a drawer, threw it in a box and shipped it. I reached out immediately and provided photos to try to exchange it for a correct one and nobody will respond to me. It's been 5 days and I'm sure they've taken my money and run. I'm in contact with my bank to get my money back because I have zero faith that POG will make things right on their own. Such a shame that a company would do this, especially at Christmas.

They replaced the class ring I had some issues with and overnight aired it to me so I would get Dec. 22 in time for Christmas! Finally a company who cares about their customers!!

Absolutely terrible experience with Pictures on Gold. They sent me the wrong item, and instead of taking responsibility and fixing their mistake promptly, they’re forcing me to return the incorrect item before they’ll even consider sending the correct one. This is a Christmas gift for a child, and now it won’t arrive in time, completely ruining the holiday surprise. The customer service is atrocious—zero empathy, slow responses, and absolutely no effort to make things right. They refused to send a replacement immediately, despite this being entirely their fault. It’s clear they don’t care about their customers or their mistakes. Save yourself the headache and frustration—do not do business with this company.

I am so thrilled with my fingerprint charm! It was a tricky print to use, but Pictures on Gold had the patience and determination to make it just perfect for me. I appreciate everything they did for me during this difficult and unimaginable time in my life.
