Fast turn around and was able to talk to someone on the phone to get exactly what I wanted.

This is my first and last time ordering from this company. I purchased a St .James medal for my grandson who will be receiving his confirmation with it engraved. So the order was filled and shipped quickly so this was good but when medal arrived to my disappointment I have never seen a medal as cheap and thin as this . They said it’s the size of a dime in describing it .I would say it probably cost a dime! I paid 65 dollars for this ! It is way over priced . I have bought medals from many other vendors and never have I received one this thin and cheap . Go elsewhere!

Recieved "fingerprint" bracelet that looked more like braille on a chincy piece of tin. This was not indicative of my deceased son's memory. I returned the bracelet and waited longer than promised for refund. The refund was short $26.44 for as I was told a "remelting fee". I returned it because of shoddy workmanship, not to get ripped off. Don't give this company business until they get it together. Where's Elon Musk?

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY…..PERIOD! I ordered a EMS pendant and it was so thin you could see thru it! Then I was dumb enough to order a baseball pendant and had it engraved. Instead of putting the pendant on a silver piece so you could engrave on the back of it so you could read it, they engraved it on the pendant so small I had to get a magnifying glass out to read the engraving I paid for that no one will ever read! To POG, your company is a joke, all you do is care about money and screw the customer! Get your sh$& together! I hope the president reads these horrible reviews!

The only good thing about this company is the fast shipping. I've order from them several times and the amount of money I spent and to get a liw quality product is crazy, i bought a locket for mother with her deceased father on it and it broke apart twice. I also bought a bracelet that fell apart twice. I again stupid on my part order a necklace for my daughter that was small and discolored. Never again.

The pictures in my locket were breathtaking so breathtaking that the sight of them went straight to my heart and brought tears to my eyes ,I’ve had these pictures it seems like forever but it’s like seeing them for the very first time. I want to thank the whole team of Pictures on Gold that made this all possible for me. It will last beyond my years. One of my Great Grandchildren will be in possession of this locket one day.Of their two Aunts

We received a necklace with my daughter’s name in script. She loved the necklace, but the nameplate was “top heavy” and flipped upside down when she would wear it. I contacted Daniel and he responded immediately. He made a new one and shipped it out quickly and at no additional cost. The new necklace is great.
