I ordered earning Dec 4, 2024 paid 60.00 approx. I still don't have them. I keep reaching out and today I was told if I pay more money they will send a replacement. The last time I asked I was told it's in transit. SMH. How about you just give me a refund.

States on site if you not satisfy you get 100% of money back. Well after ordering the pendent, and didn’t appear nothing like the picture. The gold is super thin like a razor blade. The details on the pendent, which was a retirement police badge with archangel Michael, wasn’t so clear. Also the bail was too small after I stated in the order to make bail big enough to fix a 3mm to 3.5mm rope chain. Received the pendent bail to small. So I file out form for refund, but once they received, contacted me via text and stated a bigger bail would cost more money. I told them just refund my money. What happen next is crazy. The ship the pendent back the same day they text me. Then received it with a bigger bail which I didn’t have to paid after they tried to charge me. I no longer wanted the pendent and was unaware they were going to ship back. I message the text message and the people stated they will see what happen, but then they went ghost. Never heard back. Metal thin to sell. Just out of $300 plus dollars. Never get me again picture of gold. UPDATE: I contacted POG and resolved the issue. It turns out refunds must be requested by phone. Instead, I opted for an exchange for a 3D print and was satisfied with the outcome. I have updated my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.

Worse company ever. I ordered a police pendant and the order went through fine, or so I thought. After this fraudulent company collected my money from my bank, I received a text, yes I said text stating they need me to send them my government ID and a picture of my card to verify it's not fraud. This was after they got my money. Now obviously I'm a cop so why would I be ordering a badge pendant. My bank stated this this is strange for them to ask for that after charging my card. I called to cancel my order and i was told to wait. Wait, you didn't wait to take my money. FYI, the ceo name is Daniel Shchifter and I will be contacting him also. This is the worst company in the world and customer service is awful. I will be filing a law suit and every site I see this company on, l will warn customers not to buy from them.

I purchased a locket on November 12 2024. The locket came to me tarnished without engraving . It was horrible. When I requested a refund and went back and forth with pictures on gold this is what. I’m still waiting and going back and forth. They tell me they’re busy with all the returns from the holiday. I’ve now filed a claim with my bank and disputing this $200 charge. Ordered a dog tag pendant to arrive before Christmas. I have tracked the shipped and it has yet to arrive. Today is Dec. 28th. I have been calling customer care to only be hung up on. I will be disputing this purchase with my bank account.

We ordered two gold lockets with photo lasering for both. There was nothing noted on their site about how they operate in regards to the proofing process. It turns out the proofs come to your email after business hours in the evening and if you don’t approve them within an hour, they approve it themselves. I had to call immediately upon learning they were intending on lasering without my expressed consent and with errors, and I ended up providing new images. In the end, one locket was lasered with the incorrect images entirely, and the other was sent in a defective box that resulted in a metal hook scratching the locket in multiple places. When I contacted the company about the issues, i received a reply that clearly did not take the situation seriously and was told the return process was on hold without informing me of when it would be reinstated. I explained to them that after just losing their Grandmother, our two young girls asked only for these lockets for Christmas - they are grief-stricken and simply wanted photos of their Grandmother in a locket to have near their heart. The company did not care and offered no resolution. This morning the girls were given the lockets with an apology for the quality. Such an emotional Christmas morning, missing someone so dear who would normally be sitting next to us, and something that was to be so special drew more sadness. I will never recommend this company and regret using them for something so important. $1000 gone and only poor quality, disappointing pieces to show for it. Please rethink using this company and instead search online for another provider. There are other companies doing the same thing with great reviews - I wish I had done my own search but instead went with the lockets the girls selected from this company. What a horrible mistake.

On the site it said same day delivery and that I would receive my brother's gift by Christmas. Not only have I not recieved it but the tracker has said the same thing that it's at a processing center for the past 8 days. No update and poor communication I was hopeful for this store as I love doing personalized gifts.

I placed an order for two 14k gold double picture lockets with chains for my twin girls earlier in December. I contacted them to make sure that they would arrive before Christmas and they said yes so I went ahead and placed the order. I received the order a few days later and only one of the locket sets was in there. I Contacted Them at their request and they dispatched a replacement right away. Unfortunately it didn't arrive before Christmas but I did get it eventually and the quality was good. I would recommend this company.
