I used to love Picmonkey & used them for years to make quick easy adjustments or photo collages but since the loss of the Flash Player they are just a TOTAL RIP OFF. They charge so much £ & have no care or regard to their loyal customers & hardly offer anything for your £. I would strongly suggest to invest in the Lightroom subscription instead! There are much better, more fun & cheaper photo editing sites out there!

I liked to Old Pic Monkey so much better and the new Pic Monkey updates don't work on my computer. I wonder why when every other online editor has no problem....Pixlr, BFunky, Canva. It's a shame...I would go back to Pic Monkey if I could but their pop ups now tell me 'their system cannot work on my computer'...oh well...se la vie!

Difficult to cancel and way over priced

Yet another online company with fraudulent business practices. They signed me up for a subscription i didn't consent to. When i emailed them to cancel it, they say they have no record of me, and yet the 8.69 charges keep coming! Annoying as F_____ BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Charge me 72 bucks for nothing was suppose to be 6 bucks I hate them

This is the email I've sent them......Third contact after no response: This is the third time I have contacted you guys and still not response. Please, get back to me. £77.88 was take from my account a few days ago on email address ********************* I did not in any way mean to sign up for yearly billing and, like many of your customers judging by Trustpilot, thought I’d signed for monthly billing. I am asking you to refund 67.88, keep the monthly subscription, that’s fine, but I cannot afford for you to take an annual amount. That is my bill money. I have contacted you guys now 3 times, no response. To add I have to say, unlike Nord VPN, unlike MCAFEE or Windows home subscriptions, you guys never sent an email informing me that my free trial was up or that my subscription was starting, not very transparent. Plus, consumer rights state that 14 days is the absolute minimum cooling-off period that a seller must give you. Make sure you check the terms and conditions in case they’ve given you more time to change your mind I have contacted you well within that time and your non-response is only eating into that time period, which strikes me as highly unethical. Especially as you gear your product towards creators and influences who tend to be of a younger age bracket. Please refund me at least the annual amount with one month deducted. We’ve just come out of a pandemic guys, people are struggling and it looks like you are ripping them off, or at least ignoring important pleas with no care. That’s pretty gross. " Yeah, so judge for yourselves....personally, now, after being so long, I really wouldn't recommend them.

ABSOLUTE CRAP!!!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN AS CLOSE TO TEARING MY HAIR OUT IN FRUSTRATION AS I WAS TRYING TO USE PICMONKEY; EVERY IMAGE IS SUCH A PAIN TO LOAD AND THEN WHEN YOU TRY TO CHANGE SOMETHING MINOR LIKE THE BRIGHTNESS THE WHOLE IMAGE DISTORTS OR HALF OF IT GOES OUT OF SIGHT NO MATTER WHICH TEMPLATE OR SIZE IMAGE IS USED. IF I COUD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD GLADLY, PHOTOSHOP IS EASIER TO USE AND THAT'S REALLY SAYING SOMETHING. SAVE YOUR TIME, MONEY , AND SANITY AND USE ANOTHER EDITIOR- STAY AWAY FROM PICMONKEY! *Now I see they have responded trying to blame my computer (which is a MacBook Pro) instead of taking any responsibility for the issues raised; and also can not even get my name right, even though it's at the top of the review?! A response as useless as the PicMonkey site itself, again I wish I could give 0 stars.

I have joined a free 7 day trial of pic monkey and didnt like it. I had issues finding out how to unsubscripe and saw today that they Charged for A WHOLE YEAR!!! 150 $!!!! That is not okay at all it stinks of just catching people in the trap. You could have charged one months so people have the chance to unsubscripe. I know I have the right to cancel all purchases or buys on the internet, at least 14 days cancellation, I will definately not reccomend Picmonkey to anyone at all. Such a bad experience!!
