I HATE THE NEW PICMONKEY! It’s TERRIBLE. You did away with all the great features. I got so used to using the other PicMonkey and loved everything about it. This one is impossible to navigate! I’m quitting it, never to renew again!!!

The original version of Picmonkey was so easy and fun to use. I used it for years and I loved it so much. Now, with the new editor updates, I absolutely hate it. The way it "helps" you line your images up is annoying. They got rid of all of the fun overlays that I used very frequently. And I hate how you have to choose a pre determined size for your project. You guys really messed up when you went and changed everything. It's just awful now. Unless the original format of the editor ever comes back, I'm out. Cancelling and finding a different one. I've been with you for 7 years but this new updated thing you have is just not good at all. I'm so disappointed.

I loved PicMonkey before the loss of Flash, absolute 5 stars. Now the saved photo quality is horrible and the editing effects aren't nearly as well done as before.. Much more difficult and confusing to use unfortunately, which is why I canceled my membership.

I signed up for the free trial for something I was working on for work. I received an email saying my trial was soon going to expire in a few days. I thought that was pretty nice they sent a reminder out to customers. I went to login right after I received the reminder because I had no use of it anymore. That’s when the site told me my account didn’t exist. I went back to my email to see if I grabbed the wrong email. I didn’t. So I copied the email from the one they sent me. Still got the same message saying my account didn’t exist. Tried checking for any spaces - still didn’t work. I contacted support to tell them what was going on and that I had no way of canceling the trial because I couldn’t login and requested they cancel my trial for me. (All happening before the trial expired). I received nothing from picmonkey except a charge a few days later for $120. I emailed support again asking for a refund. Nothing. Emailed support again asking for a refund. Guessing you know how this story ends. I’m very disappointed and scared that I will not ever get refunded. I really don’t appreciate the method of “tricking” or literally forcing customers into paying. Saying you willing put your credit card info in as a response to customers is crazy as this 2021 and you can’t do anything without doing that but you should still be able to cancel your trial. Just a really gross and deceiving way to treat customers.

This review is for my experience in working with customer support for an issue I had with one of their premium tools. After writing to their helpdesk about my issue, I heard back within 24 hours. While the problem wasn't fixed at first, with some explanation on my side, they rectified the entire situation after that. Thank you PicMonkey for listening to me and making things right! Big thumbs up to you!

Glitches constantly. You can't tell me you at Picmonkey don't know about it! I clear history, cache, temp internet files, degrag, virus scan, restart bought cleaning tools and registry tools and still SLOW running and black screen. Graphics setting on high. It is not a driver. I checked. It is not and extension. I checked. Look at your ratings!!!! Stop giving the same answer. IT IS YOUR PRODUCT! Please fix it. Says Web GL not working but it is. The turning cube is visible. When I touch an edit slide, boom! Black out and I have to reload over and over and over! Picmonkey was great before the new version. If it is Web GL, get rid of it. Do research, people are complaining everywhere!! I have spent months doing this. Contact me please

I have used and loved picmonkey for several years. This year billing and program are all screwed up, charged for TWO plans monthly and yearly and they can't figure it out and when they did, they can't roll over what I was charged for twice, emails back and forth. Signed up for one year, then told online to "renew" was charged monthly & yearly at same time. Program is slow as molasses, new picmonkey stinks. I was told to use different browser to stop freezing and slow response... Program does NOT have same options on iphone app either... useless app as I have to use desktop for features I need to use which sucks because I take my pics on iphone and now have to email them to desktop to edit. Customer service via email is horrible, need to SPEAK to someone not engage in a letter writing campaign. This past year is has gone so downhill with "new" version that once subscription ends, I am searching a new program!

Ive been using Picmonkey since 2010 and while there were always some glitches and slowness...now its the worst program out there. Id rather swim in a tub full of straight razors while lit on fire then ever use this program again. So much for paying for the year upfront with hard to earn money during a pandemic.
