Worst EVER …..do not use …still no follow up
Worst EVER …..do not use Worst EVER …..do not use . Contracted by BIG LOTS. Store for same day …..now 2 days later. Still not here ….. it s like UBER the drivers get to pick and choose Brick NJ …..area service is terrible ….. customer phone service and chat are all BS …. String you along because no drivers taking requests 07/26. Update Contacted by a nice guy “Austin “ from PickUp within a day or two of original post as a result of post. Seemed interested and concerned offered some resolution said needed 3-4 days to process …….I Called them twice since (different reps) No satisfaction No follow up . Still waiting for “approval by accounting “ This company must be run out of someone’s garage or basement ….. pathetic poor service and follow up STAY AWAY DO NOT USE Update 7/30 Still no resolution. Yet to receive what I was promised for my trouble and aggravation. See other posts by another customer. AUSTIN promised …and did not deliver …yet just like the company….

Josh A. And Andy V. Did an amazing job not only bringing my furniture to me, but also carrying it up my difficult staircase and setting it up for me too! Very happy with the job they did and would reccomend!

Austin never provided refund as promised.
It's been almost 1 month. They never gave me a refund or credit as promised! Austin was quick to call me after leaving them a review here. This company is a Joke. Perhaps another bad one will do the trick? I Will be filing a complaint with BBB later today.

Josh a and Andy v did a great job
Josh a and Andy v did a great job. We have had a lot of deliveries when moving into our new house and they were beyond the best out of any previous deliveries we had. I would highly recommend them!

Another great experience
Another great experience with Josh Alford and Andy V. The store I purchased a couch and loveseat from had a different moving company I was supposed to use, but I went this route instead because I know Josh and Andy bring the thunder. They set up everything for me exactly where I needed, gave my dog some love, and then were off to the next stop. Thanks, guys!
