Josh Alford and John Murphy were awesome! The service was on point - they hauled the furniture up 3 flights of stairs and assembled the parts. Highly recommend them!

I scheduled for a pick up at HOMEGOODS on Friday 7/16/21, time frame between 10 am - 2:00 pm. After waiting the whole morning I had to call Customer Service more than two times and was told that the pick up was delayed to next time frame between 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Right after the phone call a text was sent to my cell phone saying that the order was cancelled! I called immediately and luckily had the manager answer my call. She had to check with the agent who previously talked to me and found out that the text of cancellation was sent to me by error. Both the manager and the agent promised to follow my case carefully to make sure that my pick up would be delivered in the afternoon before the end of the day. Close to 7:00 pm I had to call again, it was the same bad news of delay. They rescheduled to the next day Saturday 7/17/21, time frame 10 am - 2:00 pm. But the same problem happened, no pick up processed, pushed back to time frame 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Past 7:00 pm no driver called, same problem repeated just like on Friday. When calling Customer Service it always took forever to talk to agent. This is a highly unreliable service, I am reporting this company to Better Business Bureau and contact the stores to discontinue PICKUP service.

Unfortunately, I purchased an item from a retailer who suggest I use the "Pickupnow" delivery service. The cashier stated "Sme-Day Delivery" and so you can imagine the joy of knowing that. So, I called and placed an order for pickup and delivery, paid the fee and scheduled the delivery (Friday July 16). Then I was told I couldn't get it by Friday, that Saturday would be a better day, so I agreed and then Saturday July 17 came and no delivery. I then called Pickupnow deliver driver who told me that it would now be Monday and that even that was no guarantee, so I told him sense there is no guarantee, maybe I'll get my item sometime before Jesus comes back. We shall see said the blind man. I wont be using this service anytime soon, that I can guarantee.

The worst experience ever, they kept delaying for 4 days, called them many times and texted them and kept postponing for no reason They have communication issues, not honest. I canceled my doctor’s appointment waiting for them just to deliver a painting from home goods how are it could be ? They asked for double the money and still didn’t show up, never ever dealing with them again. I sat for 10 am to 4 pm and no one showed up. Such an awful service.
