It’s amazing in today’s world - you can search “same day delivery sofa” and actually have it happen. The guys were fantastic! Quick, friendly, and they saved my Christmas party. Can’t thank them enough!

Awful and dishonest company. There is no same day delivery,the delivery windows are a joke. Have wasted 2 days and finally canceled service. I would give this company minus 100 stars if I could.

Devon & Catherine were amazing. They called on their way to the store, and gave a good timeline of when to expect them. This was incredibly important as we have a newborn with pups and the barking would have woken him up. Once here they asked where it was going, we’re very careful not to scratch any of the baby furniture and then assembled the crib for us. When assembling they made sure to ask what height we wanted the crib and after they were done explained how to easily lower it once the baby grows. They were very respectful and friendly and we will Definitely call On them in the future. Thank you guys a ton.

SHITTYYYY ASSS COMPANY!!!! Please please please please STAYYY AWAY!!!! Save yourself frustrations, time and headache by staying away!!!!!! Trust me. I never leave reviews, but had to for this one so no one else goes through this! Stay away. Far away!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, despite the appeal of them delivering large items from Homegoods. Three reasons: 1. Chaos. They use contract delivery drivers they cannot control. They do not know where they are (no gps tracking) and they do not when they will arrive. I needed to make 4 appointments--three of which they missed entirely. Worse yet, a large item was missing when they finally arrived in an old, open-bed pickup truck without any markings on it . I now am waiting for a third delivery attempt today (4 days late). 2. They do not stand behind their mistakes. They blamed the missing item on Homegoods not having it in the right spot for pickup. Yet, they knew they were only delivering 11 or 12 items on the delivery order. They then tried to charge me for a second delivery attempt, which ultimately they offered to do for free. However, it never happened. 3. The Pick Up supervisor refused to refund even a portion of my $279 for the delivery...even though the delivery was incomplete--referring me to their website saying that "delivery times are subject to change." They should also add "may never happen at all and we'll take your money anyway. Next stop...credit card dispute. I usually write 5-star reviews. Save yourself the hassle of having to write a 1-star review and find another alternative.
