We fully understand your feeling that the additional paid features inside the app are priced higher than expected. It is nice to know the basic printing functions fully satisfy your daily needs. We will forward your pricing feedback for premium features to the product team for follow-up optimization. You can still print without a subscription as long as your design only uses free tools. If the app asks you to subscribe when you try to print, it means there is at least one PRO tool included in your design. The most common reason is a PRO font. To proceed without subscribing, please review your design and replace any PRO elements with free ones. PRO tools are marked with an icon depending on the app: In the Print Master app, they appear with a diamond icon 💎 Once all PRO tools are removed, you will be able to print normally without any subscription prompt. Dear customer, We sincerely regret the negative experience and misunderstanding. In order to continue to provide higher quality and more diverse templates and protect the creative rights of the design team, we have added exquisite paid templates. The choice between paid and free features depends entirely on the user's individual needs. Our paid features are all new additions, not previous free features. Subscription offers more benefits and functions , like an AI generator and fonts to use to create your labels. If you want to continue printing without a subscription, you just need to avoid using PRO tools (AI assistance, paid fonts, etc.). If, when you click to print, the app continues asking for a subscription, it means you're using some PRO tool. Please double-check it. Dear Customer, We sincerely regret the negative experience and misunderstanding. You likely used a paid font. Please follow the steps to change the font. If you are prompted to pay/subscribe to print, please click "Return edit" to return to the editing interface. 2. Then please click the "x" to close your template. 3. Next, please create a new text box, click on the text box, and select a template without diamonds in the "font shape" option. Then you can print for free. 4. If you want to add an icon or border, please select icons and borders without diamonds. Icons and borders with diamonds will prompt you to subscribe before printing. Dear customer, We sincerely apologize for the subscription prompting issue and limited printing functions you encountered when using your D30 printer. I noticed that you previously connected the D30 printer to the Phomemo App incorrectly, and you said you purchased a membership. Could you please confirm whether your purchased subscription belongs to the Phomemo App or PrintMaster App? If you subscribed via the original Phomemo App, the D30 model doesn't support the Phomemo App and requires pairing with the PrintMaster App instead. Please request a Phomemo App subscription refund following the steps below. Apple refunds: https://support.apple.com/en-sg/118223 Google refunds: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/15574897 If you bought the subscription on the Print Master App but still get subscription prompts, this is most likely caused by an unlogged member account. You may follow the steps below to sign into your subscribed account to unlock all template features: Please open the Print Master App on the phone you used to purchase your subscription and click "Restore Purchase". If the above method successfully restores your membership benefits, we recommend registering and logging into the Print Master App on that phone. Then, click "Confirm Migration" in the pop-up window on the Print Master App's homepage to migrate your membership benefits to your account. After migration, if you change your phone, you can use your membership benefits by logging into the same account. If the pop-up window shown above does not appear, please log out your account in the Print Master App and log in again. Additionally, if you have requested a refund from the Apple or Google Play Store, you will no longer be able to use the membership features. If the above methods still do not resolve the issue, please register and log in your account in the Print Master App and provide the following information: 1. Printer model 2. Is the phone you are currently using the same phone you used to purchase your subscription? Which phone did you use when you purchased your membership? iPhone? Android phone? 3.
